Santa Rosa gem
We enjoyed our stay. We had two small dogs with us and they were quite accommodating. There was a dog area and walking within the grounds. A small cafe, good wifi and plentiful parking. Easy access to roads and city.

Loved the section with the courtyard! Didn't use it due to the cold but would be lovely in the summer/spring. It's toward the back of the property and away from the busy street...VERY quiet. Cleaning staff was great and very helpful, as was the desk staff. Disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in price as is the case with most Best Westerns, but their Garden Cafe offered good basic breakfasts and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay there again when there visiting relatives. Starbucks across the street. Costco, Target, etc within walking distance.

We liked the room we were assigned to. Excellent service from check in to check out. Very quiet but I was surprised that breakfast wasn’t free. But breakfast prices was very reasonable and affordable. We will always go back here when we visit family.

Beautiful treesy interior garden courtyard with benches, burbling fountains. Great birdwatching. Even hummingbirds at birdbaths. Breakfast at restaurant on premises not included, but good. Friendly, efficient server.

The floor in the bathroom were filthy and left our feet black on the bottom. The carpet was also solid black where the traffic area was, even though the carpet had a pattern. We will not stay here again.

Although the property is somewhat old and outdated, it is kept very nicely. There is no free breakfast provided at this Best Western, but there is a small café that serves breakfast at the travelers expense. There is a small, but well maintained area for travelers to potty their dogs.
