We had a very nice stay. The area was experiencing a heat wave but the property had window fans that we could install at night to cool down the house. The window AC unit helped keep the kitchen and living room from being too hot. Communication with the property manager was great. No complaints. Everything was clean. 2nd bathroom was finished but small. Expect some traffic in front of the house but easy to get anywhere in the area.

Double Booked
Booked in December, paid in full and had a confirmed reservation from VRBO. Flew from Washington for a giant 3-day country music festival. Reservation was confurmed three days prior to arrival by VRBO. Property owner messaged us through the VRBO app and sent us the door code and wi-fi password. We unpacked, put our groceries in the fridge and were watching a movie when a guy came in and said he had booked the same property for the same dates in February through another popular rental site. Imagine our surprise! This is an immense safety issue since two of us had the code to the door. This guy called the host and was obviously irate. Then the host called us and said we needed to vacate the premises immediately or she would call the police and charge us with trespassing! We told her we needed time to pack up and had nowhere to stay to which she replied, "Get a hotel! Get another VRBO!" Mind you, it was 9 p.m. We ended uo getting a $300 hotel room, spent $200 on food that went bad and booked another place with an extremely polite host for $500 more. We spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO on hold mostly, only for VRBO to tell us that they would cancel the rental and work on a refund. When they reached out to our host, she would not answer their call Now we're out $1000. Worst "customer service" we have ever experienced from this site and property manager. If you overbook that is one thing, but not figuring out until 8pm the day of the rental is inexcusable.

House with to many problems
I rented a house with 2 bathrooms. A day before our visit we were told there is only one bathroom. The second bathroom was completely gutted and in the middle of renovation. When we arrived the electrical outlets in one bedroom did not work. The host did late in the eve have an extension cord delivered for use in that bedroom. Lastly we found the dishwasher was not working. The dishwasher looked as if it had been out of ordered for a while. The outside patio is very nice. The house needs work before it can be rented for the amount of money we paid.

Lovely stay in a lovely city
Such a charming home in a very convenient area of Santa Rosa. It’s close to so many of the local attractions, Luther Burbank Center for the Arts, Luther Burbank Home & Garden and Charlies Schultz Museum. Everything needed was provided in this spotlessly clean home! Cynthia guided us to fantastic restaurants and was so easy to talk to. Thank you Cynthia for excellent customer service.

Everything detail was taken care of.
Beautifully appointed, great amenities, better stocked than most rentals. Kitchen had everything you could need. Great bedrooms with plenty of hot water and space. W/D big help. From sugar to many wine glasses, this is a well planned Home away from home. No noise, or concerns about neighbors. Highly recommend. Private driveway and lighted doorway were very helpful. Car necessary, but many stores about a Mile away.

Perfect Stay!
This was one of the best rentals I’ve been to. The property was great and had everything we needed and more. Clean, quiet, cozy. Cynthia was very responsible and helpful. The only note I have is for the photo of the bed in the laundry room to be removed or be updated as there is no bed in there anymore which disrupted our original plans. We made it work but wished we knew ahead of time that was no longer available. Everything else was just perfect! Thank you!
