This three-story complex is designed for Living, Dining, and Thriving – we call it "The Triple Play!"

Please note, this is a monthly rental, 30 days minimum, and not for short-term stays.

**Living**
Iconic in the neighborhood, this space comfortably accommodates 10 guests in five well-appointed bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the second-level patio, while the second bedroom also includes patio access. Two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom fill out the second floor. The ground-floor "granny unit" bedroom has its private entry, a full bathroom, a small kitchen, and direct access to the pool.

**Dining**
Formally seat 12 at the kitchen/dining room tables and accommodate more casually throughout the living room and separate bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare anything from an intimate alfresco dinner for two on one of the picturesque terraces to a hearty family reunion feast.

**Thriving**
Abundant sunlit living spaces and amenities fill this home from top to bottom. The living and family rooms are invitingly furnished with plush sofas, side chairs, and two fireplaces. Coziness and warmth are paramount.

The game room is a haven with a pool table, a 73-inch TV, and a stereo system. Pull a record from the vinyl collection, put it on the turntable, and a dance party is almost guaranteed.

Unwind on the "Insta-worthy" decks, splash in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, walk the rock-paved garden, or shoot some hoops on the basketball court.

For work, dedicated desks and comfortable office chairs are available in both the third bedroom and the game room.

**Pets**
Dogs are welcome on the property. Please ensure they stay within the designated dog run area, accessible through the gate to the right of the front door and located beneath the decks in the backyard.

Situated in the upscale "Procter Terrace/Grace Tract" neighborhood of Santa Rosa, this space is conveniently close to the 101 Freeway and all essential amenities.

For adventures, you're a quick five-minute drive from the nearest winery, ten minutes from the Charles M. Schulz Museum, 45 minutes from Bodega Bay, and a scenic 60-minute journey to Napa.

Please note that this is a smoke-free property, and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use on the property to ensure compliance with noise ordinances. Violation of any rules may result in fines up to $10,000.
