When I got there, the front desk attendent didn't know if the netflix was working yet. It wasn't was what I was told by the maintenance man who was trying to make it, so my door would open. I stay there 224 times a month and keep asking for special rates, but I can't get any and the service has gone downhill. I think you guys have lost a customer

We have never had bad service as the service we got at the Sandman. The 2 girls we spoke at the lobby were absolutely not acknowledging us, they clearly did not want to work there, they were inpolite and could not answer to any of our questions. Clearly the most terrible service I have had. Also, the concierge looked at us and said some disgusting remarks to both of us women. Absolutely horrible.

Very convient to US 101. Rooms were clean and quiet. Only negative was that one of the two beds had a very weak box spring causing the bed to sag. Otherwise first rate and a great deal for the money.

It was our first time staying at this property. I based my decision on what other reviews had to say and my husband and I were very pleased with our stay. It’s a nice property with lots of amenities, pool, bar, yoga, garden, a delicious restaurant next door, close to the freeway and other shopping areas, gas station down the street, the reception area is very nice with an option to purchase drinks, not to mention that the receptionist were also very helpful and nice. The room was nice as well with a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Overall our stay was great and we will definitely be staying here again when we visit our family again.

The sandman hotel is not a hotel. It’s a motel with hotel prices. Terrible layout, not a clear idea of where anything is. Staff absolutely SUCKED. I tried to call to find out if I could check in a little bit earlier and could not get through. I tried again and then the receptionist hung up on me. Once we arrived, there was no remote in the room. We went to reception and told them of the situation and were told someone would be right over to bring the remote for the tv. We said we would be out at an event and asked if they would be able to get in without us there to drop off the remote and they said yes. The remote never arrived. I wouldn’t recommend this “hotel” to anyone. If I could get a refund for my stay then maybe I would pretend.
