Sehr unglücklich gelaufen, wenig Kompromisse
Ich gehe zu erst auf die negativen Punkte ein, da diese hier leider überwiegen. - Das Objekt ist nicht modernisiert und es fehlten sehr viele Sachen wie z. B. Gläser, Bretter und generelle Dinge zum Kochen. Die Pfannen waren schon alle sehr abgenutzt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass dort lediglich alte Sachen verstaut worden sind. Wir mussten Sachen wie Bretter oder Pfannen anfordern. Außerdem fehlten Steckdosen am Bett. Jeder Mensch hat heut zu Tage ein Handy! - Der Kühlschrank ist kaputt gegangen und brauchte 2 Tage zum Reparieren. Unser Einkauf von über 100€ wurde uns nicht zurückerstattet. Es gab nichts. - Weil Freunde gekommen sind mussten wir 20% oben drauf zahlen, obwohl diese nicht mehr Aufwand verursacht haben. Und ich wiederhole wir haben nichts vom verlorenen Einkauf im Kühlschrank zurück bekommen. - Internet ist nur im Haus, nicht in allen Schlafzimmern vorhanden (absoluter Mangel) - Der Pool ist viel zu stark gechlort (Die Augen brannten) + Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war in unserer Sprache und sehr angenehm beim Check-In. + Der Kühlschrank wurde recht schnell repariert und gewechselt + Der Turm hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht und war ein Trost Alles in allem aber ein sehr ungemütlicher Urlaub und ich würde nicht noch mal buchen.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten und Super-Aussicht
Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Garten mit Terrasse und Pool sind toll bepflanzt und angelegt. Es gibt ein Turmzimmer mit Super-Aussicht auf das Meer, den Teide, das Orotava-Tal und Puerto de la Cruz. Auch von der Poolliege kann man den Teide sehen. Die Umgebung ist sehr steil; wenn man gut zu Fuß ist oder gerne Auto fährt, ist das kein Problem. Dafür die tolle Aussicht... Die Vermieter sprechen deutsch und sind sehr nett und bemüht zu helfen; einwandfreier Kontakt. Danke für die schöne Zeit - hell und mild, wo es zuhause schon düster und kalt war!

Ein sehr schönes Haus!
Wir haben in diesem schönen, individuellen Ferienhaus traumhafte Tage verbracht. Der Garten und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick vom Turmzimmer ist phänomenal, der Sonnenuntergang ein Erlebnis. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Eigentümer.
