This is not a hotel, it's a residential building with 4 towers. The hotel 'reception' is an apartment. Tight space, we came across a cockroach, there was no aircon and the bathroom fan was making a really loud noise.

Nice stay in Santiago!!
The hotel was very nice. We had a little apartment. We had a small kitchen. We could save some money and take care of some meals in the room. We could take leftovers from big meals at restaurants and put them into the fridge. The hotel is in a great location. We could walk to many different places of importance in Santiago. The room was a little small but very functional. The hotel staff was very friendly. There was a pool on the roof with a great view of the city and San Cristobal Hill.

Convenient central location.
BMB Suites manage about 17 rooms but only with airconditioning, in four 25 story buildings. Apparently, there are many other management companies there. There is an "overall" information desk at the entrance, but they are not very helpful. They just refer you to the particular management company (e.i. BMB) located in one of the four towers. The Manager of BMB was friendly, spoke good English, and will triy to accomodate you. The air conditioners are mobile units and they have to be emptied periodically, otherwise, the accumulated water will shut them down (and you will have to call the Manager). (If you were lucky enough to get a room with air conditioning.)

Very convenient location and friendly staff.
I've stayed at the hotel 3 times in the past two months.. I like to go there because it is within walking distance of 3 different metro lines, the city centre and there is a grocery store right across the street. There is an ATM open 24/7 right outside the main door in plain view of the reception. The reception is open 24 hours a day. I know that I can arrive into town and have room, food and money all in about 10 minutes. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't go to the roof and pool for two of my visits, but the reno has been complete for the past couple of weeks and the deck up there on the thirtieth floor is much nicer than what was there before. When the smog is light, there is a wonderful view of the city and mountains from up there. I've heard some people mention that it's awkward to find the hotel reception which is in Tower B on the second floor, but one must keep in mind that these are also apartments where people live full time. Like many time-share properties, entry can be unusual, but if you frequent these places, you soon get used to expecting different check-in procedures. Some properties just send you a code to open the door of your condo and you're on your own as if you owned the condo. In the case of the BMB, the people at the reception are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. I will continue to stay here when I come to Santiago.

Apartment rather than a Hotel Room
I thought I was booking a hotel. This place had no sign outside giving the name. The reception was room 214 on the second floor with the door closed. We only found out about it with the help of a security guard from downstairs. No English at all was spoken by any of the staff. None of the advertised facilities seem to exist and the "free included buffet breakfast" consisted of two small bowls of fruit in the fridge. not even any bread. The room itself was reasonable even if a little small On the positive side the staff were very helpful which made up for the language difficulties.

First of all, there is no guest service at all. The hotel is actually a commercial and residential building where they rent certain apartments as flat accomodations. The photos do not correspond to the real accomodation at all. The breakfast is actually a pack of bread and butter that they leave at your room, jointly with some packs of soluble coffee and milk. The room service has not an expected time to be done and, therefore, you may be surprised by the maids in the middle of your sleep or breakfast, and, if you ask for further time, they deny to do the service for that day. For the same price you can get better hotels near Calle Pio Nono, which is also a good location. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Not what I was expecting
For the rate offered I was hoping a better place to stay. Small room, dirty and with an AWFUL customer service. They are not flexible if you arrive minutes before checking (I arrived at 1:30pm and the lady couldn’t give me the key just after 2:00pm) when I asked to stay at the lobby waiting for my key she “recommend” to take a walk because sometimes they don’t have the keys on time. At the time I got back from my forced walk (around 3:00pm) they made me wait more additional 30 minutes for my key. The bathroom was dirty, the curtain shower wet as someone just leave the place minutes before and the walls look dirty too. Not to say that the room just have space for the bed and a couple of inches for walking.

The BMB Suites - 15 Minute drive from the airport
I was doing an overnight stay in Santiago and this hotel was a 15 taxi drive from the airport. The hotel is located in an appartment building, so if you need to contact the hotel you need to call a number provided to you by the front desk of the building. Seems like a great choice for extended business stay, as the room has free high speed internet, a kitchen with microwave, a small fridge and the hotel provides yogurt, juices and coffee among other things for breakfast. The room is a little small but its comfy, flat screen tv and a big bathroom, everything was pretty clean.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, tamanho ideal para um casal! A Antonella (proprietária) é um amor de pessoa! Um dia esquecemos a chave trancada dentro do apartamento e ela foi lá nos socorrer e ainda guardou umas encomendas para pegarmos no apartamento depois! Sensacional, sem palavras para descrever!

Muito bom, recomendo
Hotel muito bem localizado, limpeza perfeita, Quarto supre todas as necessidades, gostei muito, a nossa recepção foi muito bem recebida e tivemos apoio para o que fosse preciso, o único detalhe foi o elevador pequeno que só tinha um funcionando para 30 andares, fazia fila para subir e demorava muito, muitas vezes tive que ir pelas escadas. Mas no geral foi muito bom e recomendo.

Cumple las expectativas para viaje de negocios.
En general para ser mi primera visita la experiencia fue buena. Lo mejor fue la ubicación, con acceso a transporte, comercios y edificios de negocios cercanos. La habitación estaba limpia y con los servicios necesarios. El edificio no parece muy moderno así que los ascensores son lentos y con poca capacidad. Además un detalle que mejorar sería tener siempre un trabajador disponible en la oficina de recepción pues tuve que esperar en el pasillo más de 15 minutos antes de poder hacer el proceso de check in. A pesar de eso la atención fue muy amable.

Hotel barato mas com localização perigosa
Muito bem localizado. Fizemos tudo a pé (gostamos de caminhar). É perto dos principais pontos turísticos. A noite é um pouco perigoso. Centro de Santiago há muito assaltos e furtos. Vimos 1 furto e um hóspede do hotel foi roubado durante a nossa estadia Chegamos as 21 no hotel. Se chegassemos 1 minuto depois não teria ninguém para nos receber. Ficam das 09 até as 21 para o check in. O quarto é bom com a cama macia demais.
