What a welcome to Chile! This was my first accommodation in Chile and I was so impressed - the staff are so friendly and helpful. My room was lovely, and the breakfast is fantastic. This place is in a lovely quiet location, even though it's only in the next street from where the President lives! Oh - and I highly recommend Mixta vegan café just down the road. Enjoy!

Recibimos un trato muy cordial y amable. Nos permitieron entrar antes a la habitacion porque ya estava limpia. La cama es muy confortable y el baño practico. El desayuno fue correcto y aparte se puede tomar un te, zumos o fruita dirante todo el dia.

La habitación es muy cómoda y limpia, el desayuno es muy rico es tipo bufete, el café es delicioso, te dan huevos, canasta de pan, fruta, tortas. Me encantó que durante el día en un área común dejan agua caliente y puedes preparar café, te, tomar algún refresco o agua sin ningún costo adicional. La ubicación del hotel está cerca a varios lugares turísticos, el personal del hotel es muy amable y te colabora con lo que requieres. Me gustó tanto que me hospedé dos veces.

Hotel localizado a 1km da estação de metrô. Quarto muito frio. Mesmo com o aquecedor ligado. Todas as noites houve falta de luz, fazendo com que o aquecedor desligasse. Café da manhã simples, sem grandes expectativas. Localização tranquila. Ponto positivo para recepção, que é 24h, atenciosa e responde pelo WhatsApp, quando necessário.

Es un hotel muy lindo y el servicio, la limpieza y el desayuno son buenos. Para las personas con sueño ligero puede ser complicado dormir ahí ya que el hotel esta en una esquina en donde a veces pasan muchos autos. El problema solo en en la mañana igual y a horas razonables del día, en la noche es tranquilo y queda cerca de muchos museos.

Recomendo! ótimo custo benefício
Ficamos 7 dias. No primeiro dia nos deram um quarto que tinha uma claraboia no teto acima da cama que não tinha como tampar a claridade e também era bem apertado (somente cabia a cama e um cabideiro pequeno, até as malas tinham que ficar no meio da passagem). Pedimos se possível nos arrumarem outro quarto, pois 7 dias acordando cedo por conta da claridade não era muito legal pra nós. No segundo dia eles conseguiram um quarto sem claraboia e ficamos bem melhor, pois tinha um espaço com uma cadeira (o que não parece, mas fez toda a diferença para conseguir acomodar as coisas). O banheiro era pequeno, mas achei suficiente. Não tinha secador de cabelo, mas prontamente nos emprestaram um e deixaram conosco o tempo todo. O hotel passou por reformas, então as instalações são bem novas e em bom estado. O café da manhã não é com aquela fartura de coisas que vemos aqui no Brasil, porém achei muito bom, tudo gostoso. Única coisa que não gostamos muito foi ficar no Centro. Achamos que seria uma boa ideia, porém não é uma área muito segura para ficar caminhando a noite. Os restaurantes são poucos e sempre a quatro, cinco quadras de lá. Pelo que vi, a zona onde fica o Costanera Center possui muito mais opções de restaurantes e tudo muito mais perto (mas também as diárias são mais caras), daí vai de acordo com o que a pessoa está disposta a pagar/abrir mão. No geral ficamos satisfeitos. O atendimento foi maravilhoso, não temos do que reclamar. Hotel sempre muito limpo também.
