Bella Posada, nuova e ben tenuta. Ottimo supporto dello staff anche se non parlano inglese, ma comunque molto gentili e disponibili. La presenza dell’amaca è stata molto gradita

Pousada é uma delícia ! Achei só a região do café da manhã , almoço e jantar precisaria ter mais atenção a limpeza ! Muitas moscas nas comidas ( talzez fosse necessário para resolver isso fechar o espaço)! Gosto muito de dar bom dia , oi etc para os funcionários e esses não me responderam nenhuma vez ! Mas tirando isso é ótima a pousada ! Recomendo

A pousada é a mais nova de Santo Amaro, acho que algo em torno de 2 a 3 anos. Tem-se uma ótima impressão logo ao chegar, correspondendo às fotos do site, com um grande destaque para a piscina, pelo tamanho em si, mas principalmente pelo fato de ser climatizada. Uma delícia entrar no final do dia, após os passeios na água quentinha. Fomos em três pessoas e o quarto é compacto, com bom nível de conforto das camas. Ressalva fica para o banheiro com a ducha conta gotas, que depois de voltar dos passeios cheio da areia, não era fácil para tirar no banho. Fizemos uma reclamação e melhorou um pouco, mas ainda fica devendo pelo padrão da pousada. Outro ponto é a reposição de sabonete e shampoo que pedimos duas vezes e não foi reposto. Em relação ao café da manhã, a qualidade dos itens era muito boa, com destaque ao pão de queijo e folhado, excelentes, mas, infelizmente, acredito faltar treinamento e um olhar mais atento dos donos, pois em todos os dias, problemas recorrentes de reposição dos itens, falta de limipeza das mesas e do salão. Jantamos apenas uma noite na pousada, boa pizza e macarrão, mas várias mesas com restos de comida e funcionários passando ao lado e sem recolher os pratos e limpar as mesas. Em relação à localização, fica aproximadamente a 2 km da praça central, onde estão os principais restaurantes. Estava de carro alugado, o que facilitou muito, mas vi algumas pessoas chamando táxi. Apesar de tudo, gostamos bastante da pousada, mas é urgente melhorar serviços ;

Claro! Aqui está uma versão melhorada do texto: --- Infelizmente, tentaram cobrar pela estadia pela segunda vez, mesmo já estando paga. Havia muitos mosquitos na cozinha e a mesa não estava limpa. Além disso, não cumpriram o horário de início do café da manhã, e a vizinhança era muito barulhenta até de madrugada.

Adoramos a pousada, tudo novinho, bem cuidada, limpa. Um bom café da manhã, jantamos uma noite na pousada também, reservamos o prato antes, quando sentamos já fomos logo servidos e estava excelente.

Excelente estadia em Santo Amaro
Pousada excelente em Santo Amaro, quarto e banheiro em bons tamanhos, limpos e cheirosos. O que devem se atentar em relação ao banheiro é a limpeza dos rejuntes que deveriam ser mais limpos, pois ja está começando a juntar limo. Do restante ,sem dúvida é uma pousada que indico. O restaurante tbm é muito bom, com variedade de opções.

Pousada nova com ótima estrutura
Embora de design um tanto cafona, a pousada é nova e os quartos confortáveis, com roupa de cama limpa e toalhas brancas e cheirosas. A piscina é ampla e ótima. A localização é próxima à entrada do Parque dos Lençóis, assim como literalmente ao lado do Rio Alegre, onde dá para tomar banho. Faltam opções de sucos e comidas locais e regionais no café da manhã, como bolo de macaxeira e suco de bacuri. Nem mesmo cuscuz, tapiocas e omeletes são oferecidos, o que considero imperdoável numa pousada em pleno Lençóis Maranhenses: vi vários hóspedes procurarem por esse item no café e se frustrarem com a falta deles.

A pousada é cara para o que oferece. Sei que em Santo Amaro não tem muitas opções, mas são quartos bem simples e uma pousada totalmente sem charme ou atrativos por um preço altíssimo para o que oferece. Nota-se que os funcionários não tem nenhum treinamento, os pedidos no restaurante levam 1h para ficar prontos e se você precisar de água depois das 22h, eles não te deixam pegar porque o bar fecha e a equipe da recepção não é treinada para entregar uma garrafa de água para os hóspedes. No restaurante fica uma TV barulhenta tocando sertanejo ou passando jogo de futebol. A impressão que tive foi que quem gerencia a pousada nunca ficou hospedado numa pousada ou hotel na vida.

A pousada é muito charmosa e bem diferente das outras da região. Tem um piscina linda e os apartamentos são muito bonitos. O quarto é muito lindo e está sempre cheiroso, roupa de cama limpa e cheirosa também. Os travesseiros são péssimos! Altos e duros, mas pedi na recepção para trocar e me atenderam no 2º dia. O ar condicionado funciona bem! A roupa de cama é de boa qualidade e as toalhas tb. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos. Principalmente a recepcionista Ada que é mto educada. O café da manhã é um show de horrores! Tudo péssimo, cheio de moscas pousando em tudo. Eles fazem tapioca, cuscuz e omelete. A única coisa que presta é a omelete, mas eles cobram 25 reais por cada uma. A tapioca é muito ruim e fria, mesmo pedindo para derreter o queijo. Sucos horríveis, até o café consegue ser ruim. Os garçons são extremamente lentos e desanimados. Jantei um dia na pousada e pedi um peixe com camarão e pagamos 190 reais, mas o pirão era intragável, o peixe era razoável e o arroz parecia arroz dormido. Uma pena uma pousada tão linda ter um serviço de restaurante e uma comida tão ruins.
