Incredible stay Wonderful Staff Great experience!
What a great experience staying at Aloft! This was a not a lucky week for us and we ran in to several issues. At every step of the way, the staff was fantastic - even though the situations were personally difficult. They were kind, supportive, patient and just had GREAT attitudes. They were always willing to go above and beyond! Two employees were absolutely the best - Jacinto and Naraye. These 2 employees made us feel at home. We were so grateful to have them in our lives at this time!
