I love my stay at catalonia , and will be back soon in their punta cana location and santo domingo location. Needless to say the hotel is stunning , and very well kept . Super clean, Ana sanchez was amazing and would help up everyday in cleaning our room and making sure we were okay. I hope to see her again in my next stay. The staff is extremely sweet , and overall super accommodating. The food is great , there’s 2 restaurants in the hotel which i both loved. I also enjoyed their breakfast buffet and their coffee shop. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Was too short to comment broadly. However, the service was good, except for waiting for about almost 30 minutes from schedule check in at 3:00pm. It’s too long of a wait especially when someone like me who is a business executive and are also in the hospitality industry and had three flights with a 24 hour window. The last thing that I want to hear, is that my room isn’t ready at the time promised. Not good enough.

I would not recommend this hotel in my personal opinion. The shower/tub is not handicapped friendly. I have a disability and I had trouble getting in and out of it. The room had a funny smell when you walked in. There’s no free parking. You literally have to pay to park there and the free WiFi isn’t free. When I tried to log on there’s a fee to use it. The only thing that was ok was the breakfast buffet which my fiancé did enjoy. Due to the no WiFi I have a roaming charge of over 100 on my phone bill. Please be careful and caution with booking anything anywhere
