I asked for a refund of the child;s cancellation due to a hand fracture. The front desk attendant told me that could not give any refund for that reason. Although there were not important amenities that was given for a children stay only than food consumption. I will ask expedia to intervene in this case.for a refund.

This is a three star hotel with good facilities and service. It's located near Santo Domingo's Airport. It provides two dining options "buffet & La Carte", two bars and two pools. It also has walkable beach access. Overall, it's a good option for the price.

Same menu over and over for more than a week do not change sheets, the room smelled like mildew they phone didn't work either not acceptable for children with special need they don't have any accommodations. Definitely not all inclusive either.

Nice resort but they put me on the 3rd floor after I asked for a 1st or 2nd floor room then bell men didn’t carry all the luggage and I was so exhausted from my long trip really should get better helpful staff but nice resort
