We had an amazing stay at alterar suites, Dimitrios was super helpful and accommodating. He arranged our taxi to and from the airport and helped us plan activities for the duration of the trip! He gave us recommendations of where to eat and visit and booked everything for us himself.

My daughter and I travelled to Greece for the first time, we stayed two nights at this property. Dimitrios was an EXCELLENT host, very accommodating and professional. The property is well maintained, we chose it for its proximity to shops/restaurants. Easy bus ride to Oia to explore. We felt well taken care of and safe. A/C is wonderful! Only suggestion is to put a shelf in the shower for shampoo/etc. Thank you!!

Dimitrias greeted us with a friendly handshake and welcome immediately upon arrival. Rooms were very clean and well thought out - and exactly as depicted in advertisements. Dimitrias was always available to help and offer suggestions. We felt like we were staying with family. Was hands down the best service and stay we had since arriving in Europe. I would give more stars if I could. Highly Recommend!!

Location was great because it was walkable to all the things but on the more quiet side of the island, we were able to get a driver to take us right to the hotel so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around the crowded streets, rooms were spacious and clean, showers excellent, views were great even though it was not the caldera view, staff was friendly and helpful

The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of all the renowned landmarks in Fira. The hotel manager, Dimitrios, is exceptionally amiable and accommodating. I almost felt like I had my own personal assistant throughout the stay. He provided assistance with directions, dining suggestions, and transportation recommendations, which was truly fantastic. I am looking forward to returning soon. Overall, I had a five-star experience during my stay at this hotel.

We were a group of 3 and had a big room and big bathroom. Comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Excellent shower. We had 2 steps up to the bathroom, which wasn’t a problem but is worth asking about if that’s a concern (though Santorini is full of steps all around.) Each room has a small hot tub outside. Views of the ocean ( though not the side with caldera). AC works great, which is good bc Santorini was hotter than we expected. Temps in the 70’s felt more like 80s. Hotel is close to restaurants and shops and where the main action is in Fira. Dimitri at the front desk is very helpful and fun to talk with. I would stay here again.
