Quiet and unobstructed views of the caldera
This boutique hotel sits on and below the path from Fira to Oia. Pool water was too cold, but nice to view. There is no elevator and you have an 8 minute walk from the street. The bellman will meet you if your driver calls ahead. (We used Santoriniā€™s Best Driver). Quiet property, amazing views, great staff, delightful breakfast made to order, and comfortable beds

Outstanding location, very quiet and walkable to excellent dining and shopping options and walkable to Fira center. We stayed here last week of August 2024, front desk staff was fantastic, so helpful and attentive. Staff helped us book restaurants and activities. The caldera view rooms are really worth it. You get cool morning sun and sunsets are spectacular, fun to watch the cruise ship come and go. Was hot, but doable, the walk from fira to oia hot but lovely, fantastic trip.

If you are going to Santorini there is no better place to stay. Perfect location - walk to Thira but away from the crowds. Sunset is from your balcony. Service from Chris, Marina and the team is beyond excellent and so personal. Rooms are stunning, pool is perfect - like I say - donā€™t think about staying anywhere else. This is the place.

Lovely, friendly, informative welcome from Chris. We were upgraded to a VIP suite which was amazing and we had our own sun loungers and balcony to watch the sunset. Pleasant 15min walk into Fira with plenty of restaurants and shops along the way. Amazing views from the pool. We had a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Belvedere Suites. The view from the verandah and the pool area was breathtaking! I think the sunset view from the hotel was better than the crowded restaurants in Oia. And the staff, Marina, Chris and Christos, were extremely helpful; they made our stay really enjoyable. We plan to revisit Santorini and stay in the same hotel in near future.

This was a beautiful hotel on the cliff facing the water. We saw the sunset from our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home. The ala carte menu had a lot of options. I wished the fruit cup was more generous. There were a few pieces of fruit.

Great service from the porter and reception on arrival and departure. Excellent sunset views off the balcony! The suite (206) was well-appointed with a full size kitchen but there wasn't anything in the drawers/cabinets to speak of if you really wanted to DYI meals here (which I did not). The bathroom was a bit cramped given the size of the suite. Also suite 206 is adjacent (on the right) to the balcony of a cafe where patrons at tables can overlook onto your balcony. It wasn't as private as I would have hoped (sans for the early morning when the cafe was shut). Biggest annoyance for the island is that tap water is not potable and this hotel only afforded two small complementary bottles in the room. Hotels should just offer larger bottles to cover guests for the entire duration of their stay.

I travel many countries and stay in hotels. This is one of the best hotels. Best lacation, views and near to all the shopping. Staff is so informative and cooperative. Breakfast is the best in Europe. I cant find one -ve. May be too many steps šŸ˜‰. We had very good time.

The view from the balcony was amazing. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Christos and Chris were very quick to help with any queries and Marina recommended two good restaurants. The breakfast and pool area staff could not have been better and the cleaning staff were execellent.Thank you Christos for a fabulous stay
