We highly recommend the Diamond Luxury Suite (Ruby) for your next stay in Santorini! Veronica was an amazing host who provided us with wonderful recommendations and tips for the area. The rooms are away from the high traffic areas, which does mean more steps, but worth it for the views! The outdoor pool is great and we really enjoyed breakfast in the mornings on the patio.

Staying in the Diamond Luxury Suites: Sapphire property FAR exceeded my expectations. We took a leap of faith and it was amazing! Veronica, the host, hired a driver and met us at in Oia and walked us to the property. I read about a lot of stairs, believe me, this was not a lot of stairs and they were NO big deal to me (53YO) my hubby and daughters (15 and 19). The wall down was beautiful. My jaw was dropped the whole time. Only problem was I wanted to keep taking pictures! Once we got in the property I couldn't believe how amazing the layout was and how beautifully it was decorated. It had everything we needed! The pool area was amazing too. We didn't even want to leave the property. The view was beyond gorgeous from the sea to the cave homes. We could stare at it for hours! It was a little out of our comfort zone renting a place that wasn't a hotel. But luckily I read the reviews and comments everyone made about the host Veronica. She handled everything we needed. She arranged our rides, dinner reservations and boat cruise. Here and there I had a random question and I'd message her on What's app and she got back to me with great recommendations almost immediately. The location was also ideal. When you stay in this prop, you can kind of see a lot of the action/business from a distance but it wasn't in our space. This was a 5/5 star experience from beginning to end! I highly recommend this property to couples or families. Take me back!

Perfect in every way!
Absolutely Amazing Experience, can't wait to go back! Veronica the property manager was the best I've ever dealt with. We travel around the world and never had such service, hospitality, responsivness and kindness from being picked up at the airport, to the superman carrying our heavy 50lbs luggage's (4 of them!) down the windy steps to our diamond suite. Stayed 4 nights and we had everything we needed. Perfect location, beautiful views of white villas, blue dome churches, and mountains. We got a lot of restaurant recommendations, theres plenty of choices around, easy to book table for 4 at sunset. Delish seafood, Greek salads, and Greek desert wine! We did our research, as should anyone that chooses a villa and knew there would be steps to go down, YOU ARE IN SANTORINI! Most villas are on a hill. That is part of the island beaty. If anyone complains about it, I don't know what they expected. We will be booking this property again!

I don't write reviews that often, but needed to here... We had a poor experience during our 3 night stay here. The property manager met us with a porter at a meeting point, and the walked us down what was 93 extremely steep steps (we counted) to the property which was on the cliff overlooking the caldera. The positives: (1) The views we stunning, and the suite (we were in Citrine) was well appointed. The negatives: (1) Extremely inconvenient location - 93 steep down (to get to) and back up (to get back to the main street). Very unfriendly for kids, and even us adults. (2) The porter who helped us with our bags honestly almost destroyed the wheels. They didn't have a luggage cart so the bags were dragged all over cobblestone streets extremely roughly. (3) Very limited food options around, nothing for delivery (climb up those 93 steps!) (4) Room cleaning was once every 2 days, very limited amenities (5) On checkout day, the porter was very rude and pushy, constantly knocking on and at one point opening the door to the suite while we were changing! Definitely NOT a 5 star experience, and NOT worth the price we paid. I would not recommend this place.unfortunately.

Best honeymoon ever!
Prior to our stay at Diamond Suites, Veronica was incredibly helpful in planning our special honeymoon trip. She assisted with booking exceptional transfers and arranging local attractions, such as an amazing wine tour she made extra special. Check-in was seamless, and the porters kindly carried all our bags to our Sapphire Suite, which we greatly appreciated. Veronica also gave us a tour of the suite and offered excellent dining recommendations. The suite was fantastic: spacious, with highly effective air conditioning, a large fridge to keep our drinks cold, and very comfortable beds. We often overslept because they were so cozy. The rooftop was wonderful, offering a lovely view and relaxing sunbeds, including a comfortable mattress-style one. The hot tub was great, and Veronica promptly adjusted the temperature whenever needed. Although we only stayed for three nights, we wished we could have stayed longer due to the comfort and proximity to Oia's local shops and restaurants. Even during the rest of our honeymoon in Firostefani, Veronica continued to check in, providing valuable knowledge, advice, and impeccable recommendations that enhanced our trip. We highly recommend staying here. Veronica was an exceptional host who truly made our trip memorable.

It was not so good because I paid more than 450 Euro per night for one room. The view of the room has a good sea view but does not have any view of SANTORINI such as blue and white. Overall the payment was not reasonable.

I had a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea right from the bed. The fact that the property was not in a high foot traffic area was a plus and we felt like we were in our own private paradise. The property manager Veronica was the best. She andwered all our questions, was prompt and arranged everything we asked for!

We stayed at the Diamond Luxury Suites for 3 nights and feels like a 5 stars hotel, the view from the roof top is unbelievable, we did walked around the island but I will say most of our time is staying at the suites with a couple of drinks and snack and enjoying the view. Veronica helped us a lot to settle from a long flight, she help us to schedule all the transportation between airport and Fira, the restaurants she recommended are very good. For sure I will stay here again when I come visit Santorini again in the future.

Spectacular!
We booked based on a recommendation from a friend and reading past reviews. The accommodations were perfect and the views are spectacular! We came for our Honeymoon and overall very happy with our decision. Our host Veronica was exceptional in all her communications, local recommendation's and support in getting from the Airport. I would highly recommend the Diamond Luxury Suites.

Veronica was an amazing host, she was communicative, punctual and an awesome asset in booking local activities while we were in Oia. The accommodation was amazing, from the incredible views from the front door, spa to the really unique cave bathroom and shower. Honestly, the MVP was Veronica. Can't recommend this enough!

This property exceeded my expectations. The Sapphire Cave Suite was a beautiful tucked away gem with beautiful views of the Caldera. The manager Veronica was hands down the best part of this trip. She took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was going great. She gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and activities that did not disappoint. I proposed to my fiancé during this trip and my original plans that I made on my own fell through. Despite me not telling Veronica about the proposal until I arrived and my plans had fallen through she still managed to pull through for me and provide me with a solution that could not have been anymore perfect. It was truly beautiful, romantic and personal. The property was beautiful but the best experience from this trip was Veronica and everything she did for us. I will definitely be back to visit Oia and would not stay in any other property than here.

What a wonderful stay my family had at Diamond Luxury Suites. Our host Veronica was so helpful and took care of everything from airport transfers, morning breakfast delivery, dining recommendations and excursions. Plus the luxury accommodations were clean, comfortable with an amazing view!! Definitely a 5 star experience. We will be back next year!!

We had an excellent stay! This is all thanks to Veronica who was very attentive planning for our arrival, booked our tours and dinner reservations during our stay, and arranged for our hassle free departure. The villa is just a short walk from the post office where you can be picked up and/or dropped off for transfers and tours. I counted about 70 steps down to the villa. We had ample space for a family of 4. The pool was cleaned every morning and the suite every other day. Only other thing to note is that there is no AC in the second bedroom but the fan helped circulate the cool air.

The villa is located about halfway down the hill. It is far enough down for privacu, but not all the way at the bottom for a tough climb back up to the streets. Great location, private, great views of Oia and the water. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely stunning location! This cave house is beautiful and has been kept to a very high standard! The beds are extremely comfortable and everything works well with in the property! Having a plunge pool on the terrace upstairs with a view like that is just out of this world! We went end of April and the pool was lovely and warm. Veronica was always at the end of a text message and had everything organised so well! We took the option of having a taxi driver waiting at the airport who took us to a meeting point with the porter. The porter then took our suitcases to the cave suite where Veronica was waiting! Made it all stress free on arrival. ( Veronica offers this option and you pay the taxi driver in cash) Veronica is able to organise anything for your stay and we took the opportunity to have a breakfast delivered to the suite one morning! That was delicious. This is a must go to suite/cave house and we want to return as soon as possible.

This property is far more spectacular then the pictures provided by the owners. We had a wonderful three night stay in the sapphire cave room during the third week of March 2023. Our experience began with an excellent property by Veronica. She provided a very sincere and professional overview of the property and local highlights. Also, she is just a text away to help with any questions or helping to arrange activities during your stay. Although the term cave room may imply something that is dark and cramped, which is simply not true for this property. My wife suffers from claustrophobia and she did not experience any inkling of any symptoms during our stay. We found the property to be very spacious and comfortable. Our teenage daughter slept in the second bed in the back of the room and found it very comfortable. The bathroom and cave shower in the back of the room was well lit and comfortable. The cave shower was spectacular. On top of this, literally, there is a private roof top patio with hot tub. We spent a few late afternoons experiencing the sunset from this spot and enjoyed the caldera views. From this spot and the entrance to the property are several instragram worthy picture spots so be prepared husbands/ boyfriends. My wife mentioned to me several times she didn’t want to leave or wanted to return to this property. If you are interested in this property I would highly recommend to do so.

The most beautiful room with everything, fantastic view, in the heart of Oia. Right where you want to be in Santorini. Could never afford this luxury if it wasn't offseason
