Apartment super airy, bright, clean and spacious (70 m²), the location being the biggest differential.

Around the famous Gallery A. D. Moreira, Miramar Shopping, Shopping Park Balneario, police station, pharmacy 24h, bakeries, cinemas, restaurants, Flags Square, Independence Square, C & A, Renner, Lojas Americanas, Ragazzo, Habib, public bicycle station, supermarkets, shops, McDonald's ... and best of all: just cross the street to walk on the beach sand. All for your well being and fun.

Family-friendly with only 4 apartments per floor, our apartment comfort up to 6 people. The kitchen features basic household appliances, large service area, "real" mattresses, new furnishings, high standard oceanfront building located in the heart of the Gonzaga.

The 24-hour concierge allows you to check-in at any time.

The apartment DOES NOT have bed linen and bath, however it is mandatory to use.

Our daily rates are managed as follows: Check in: 3pm and Check out: 12pm. Note: We make schedules more flexible by scheduling availability.

Localizaçao boa Apartamento Nao
A localizaçao do condominio, limpeza, funcionarios sao otimos. Limpeza e tamnho do apartamento tambem, apesar de precisar de algumas reformas p maior conforto dos hospedes. A limpeza do apartamento é boa. Muitos travesseiros e colchoes(sao duros) e na sala tem uma cama, um sofá na sala faria muita diferença quando se refere a conforto. Há tomadas na sala, no quarto sao lacradas. A cozinha conta com uma mesa grande, geladeira, microondas e fogao. Nao há utensilios como forma, frigideira, panelas sao 2 pequenas que nao da p cozinhar, 3 pratos e alguns talheres e copos. Por nao ter esses utensilios de cozinha e conforto dos colchoes e sala, voltamos antes do alugado.
