If ppl like to swim this is a good choice. There have serval swimming pool for choose. I don't know why the western restaurant so much flies, this was really unacceptable. The escape spa was highly recommend, must try.

condition of the room is terrible
the tap fell off and the toilet door could not be closed. we had to change room to the block 3 which was very far from the main block. my mother's room smelt of cigarette smoke the whole night and I had to change room for her and kids as well. I was charged the mini bar when I did not consume and had to sign a declaration that we did not take anything from the mini bar. there was so many small insects outside the rooms. I saw dead bettle, baby cockcroaches on the floor. This place look more like a chalet and hotel

Such a private and relaxing environment
We visited Sanya, Haitang Bay, Hainan as part of our greater trip to Hong Kong. We thought Sanya would be a nice place to visit for some heat and relaxation on a beach - and we were not disappointed with our decision. The resort was very large offering access to the only neighbouring hotel (not under construction) The Conrad. It has a beautiful large beach and many different swimming pools. Rooms were very spacious, clean and kept at a cool temperature to remove any humidity. Since the hotel is not close to anything, you only have the choice of eating at the hotel (but the hotel offered a promotion at the time for the restaurants). We upgraded our package to include the daily breakfast which included a variety of authentic Hainanian and Chinese cuisine as well as North American favourites. We enjoyed wonderful dinners at Pacifica and Taste 5 at Doubletree and Le Siene (at The Conrad). All served fresh seafood and vegetable options. Hotel offers complimentary shuttles into downtown Sanya (1.5 hours away) and we took advantage of that one day. Not much in the town but a good spot to pick up some local beer at a good price. We took a taxi back and it was very reasonable in price. The only troublesome part of our trip was the language barrier; mostly all people on the island of Hainan did not speak English (even at the hotel and airport). Communicating was challenging but we made it work. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for complete relaxation.

Hotel is a quite nice place, but restaurants in there are terribly expensive. This is just very bad idea, they are going to lose all guests. Rich customers usually go to established places, but for normal ones this is way too expensive and they might think twice before coming again. Everything is so expensive in Sanya. Hotels, gasoline, even chicken and coffee in KFC is more expensive than in Mainland. In general, I would not recommend to consider Hainan for longer vacation. Go somewhere else. Management already feels that they lose money and sells the premises for noisy private events which violate all rights of the hotels' guests.

酒店的服务很差，机场接人的时候，给酒店打电话，问接机的车在哪里，酒店方面讲，你来就来，不来就不来，我们不管，由于之前有了预付，只好过去。去了酒店，问什么都不知道，房间让打扫一下，不管，说每天有打扫时间，要不然你就自己打扫，晚餐很一般，大部分是凉的，不知道是中午的还是昨天的又摆上来，一位350元，向酒店反映，酒店的态度是，你可以不吃，随意。

这次本来来海口工作，后来网上看到这家酒店，看到网上评价很好，以及美丽的照片让我心仪，亲自来体验，房间里面没有WiFi，且信号一般，虽然是海边酒店，但是海浪太大，稍微一靠近海边就有工作人员来制止，几度看到有人下海被工作人员追回，和我想象的大相径庭，位置较偏僻周围没有吃饭的地方，我走了将近半小时才找到附近卖海鲜的地方，好吧，和我想象的有区别，但是其他还可以

只有面积达到五星标准
前台脸色阴沉，房间被子潮湿，空调很差，装修陈旧，门廊的灯还是坏的，只能摸黑开门，叫前台帮忙送一个吸管到房间，很久很久打电话催了四五次才送到。早餐人非常多非常拥挤，而且还不怎么好吃。本来想去吃晚餐bbq，但到了餐厅被门迎的脸色吓回去了。再不会住希尔顿了。

年末年始のこの時期に海南島は寒くて泳げないのではないかと少し心配でしたが、日が照っているところは十分暖かく、日中はプールで十分泳げました。ただ、日陰や夜は肌寒い感じなので、長袖は必須だと思います。海棠地区は割とまだ開発したてのようで、ホテルもきれいでとても快適でした。朝食もブッフェ形式で種類豊富で楽しめました。それなりの規模のレストランは2つしかありませんが、隣のコンラッドまでカートで移動することができ、そこのレストランも利用できました。3泊の滞在中、一度もホテルの外に出ませんでしたが、十分リゾートを満喫できました。残念だった点は、これは、この地区だけなのか、亜龍湾の方もそうなのかわかりませんが、波が高く、海で泳ぐような雰囲気ではなかった点です。ホテルのビーチは、砂遊びや波際ですこし遊ぶくらいしかできず、泳いだり、魚やサンゴを見たいと思ったら、別の場所に行かなくてはならないようでした。

Отличный отель. Расположен в дали от города, для один (таких как я) это хорошо, для других плохо (рядом нет ни магазинов, ни ресторанов, ни людных набережных, ни ночных клубов). В общем если вы едете за тихим релакс отдыхом на берегу по дальше от шума, суеты и тусовок, то вас сюда! Утром на море или у бассейна (их здесь 3 плюс еще 1 в Conrad Resort, которым тоже можно пользоваться). Днем можно съездить в город или ближайшую деревушку за фруктами или еще за каким шоппингом, после обеда снова на море (когда солнце уже не шпарит). Ну а вечером можно (темнее здесь, кстати, рано, около 7) посидеть с бокалом вина либо в ресторане Pacific на пляже, либо в лобби и послушать живую музыку. Очень приятное размеренное времяпрепровождение в данном отеле. Конкретно по отелю, почему не ставлю 5 за удобство номера, при его огромных размерах, так это за отсутствие биде! Что меня и моих друзей очень удивило. У китайцев это оказывается не принято. Сервис у китайцев отличный, все четко, по правилам (и это не только в отеле). За состояние отеля поставила 4, т.к.хоть в отеле и 3 бассейна, из которых один детский, а один китайский (т.к.китайцы не умеют плавать и часто тонут, бассейны у них по грудь - при моем росте в 158 см), то, тот что с более менее нормальной глубиной не работал все время нашего там пребывания, а судя по отзывам, еще с прошлого года не работает.. Очень понравилось то, что гостям Double Tree by Hilton можно пользоваться всем в Conrad Resort.
