Great 1 bedroom condo right on the beach with spectacular views and recent updates. Clean, safe, secure with full time care taker. Unit sleeps 4 with sofa sleeper. Refrigerator/freezer, air conditioning in bedroom, stove, kitchen ware and kitchen utensils are included. pool, fitness room, and barbeque area are available at the property. Vehicle is recommended. The village of Taiba is approximately 50 miles from the airport in Fortaleza. Sunny, breezy, and 85 degrees most of the year.
