Só vale a pena devido ao acesso ao parque.
Fiquei no apartamento 1205, tem uma goteira bem na porta de entrada do apartamento, tem um pó branco no apartamento que não da pra saber de onde é, e que atacou a rinite da família toda. Devido a experiências anteriores, só pegamos as diárias com café da manhã, tudo muito simples e sem sabor, as maquinas de café são horríveis, os omeletes duros que parecem um plástico, a salsicha e a calabresa são de péssima qualidade. Vila Guaraní é tudo muito caro, mas pelo menos é gostoso com exceção do cachorro quente que é muito ruim. Dentro do parque as comidas são mais saborosas, mas também com o preço muito alto. No hotel e no parque tem lugar específico para fumantes, porém eles não respeitam e ninguém fala nada. Recreação no hotel é uma brincadeira na beira da piscina que dura uns 40 minutos e ainda sim só para crianças até 8 anos, para maiores que isso, não tem nada.

Pessimo atendimento, quarto desconfortável, banheiro com mosquitos, sofá cama praticamente uma táboa, comida com sobras do dia anterior. Comida fria. Fui pegar um pão no café da manhã e tinha um pão mordido junto aos demais. Não repunham a comida. Salada seca, alface com manchas pretas. O cogumelo do buffer só continha água, parecia uma lavagem. Recepcionistas péssimos e mal humorados. Serviço horrível, má vontade em atender. Pessima experiência. Não tem carrinho para transportar malas. Check in, Check out sem estruturas, levamos 1:30 para fazer o Check out. Os elevadores não comportam o tanto de hóspede. Não tem serviço de quarto. Parque com poucas atrações e tudo muito caro.

Estadia relativamente rapida, apenas 3 dias, muito boa hospedagem no geral, apenas uma questão quanto ao banheiros do apartamento que nao tinha chave, tivemos que usar sem trancar, absurdo, nunca ví isso em nenhum hotel que me hospedei , fui tentar resolver isso na recepção e nao deram solução, nao voltarei ao hotel

Ótimo complexo de lazer
Hotel muito bom, fácil acesso ao parque Hot Beach e próximo ao Thermas (indo de carro). Ótimos shows e lanchonetes na Vila Guarani (ao lado do hotel). Ótimo café. A única coisa chata desse tipo de hotel é o pessoal tentando vender propriedades/clube do complexo. Muito recomendado para famílias.

Hotel ideal para quem deseja viagem com filhos pequenos. A estrutura de piscina do hotel é simples e o espaço fica pequeno quando o hot park fecha após as 17hs até por volta de umas 19hs. Os funcionários são atenciosos e educados. Fizemos a solicitação de berço que foi atendido de imediato. Ideal para uma viagem de 3 a 5 dias.

O ar não funcionava , fizemos a reclamação disseram q mandariam alguém lá verificar , eu não estava então não sei dizer se foram , porém não resolveu , dormi com criança e janela aberta sem grade pra não morrer de calor e a tv não funcionava os canais . Foi decepcionante, pois levei minha família pra um passeio q nunca fizemos e foi horrível

Em geral o hotel e quarto são muito bons e recomendo, só alguns pontos: o check in foi muito demorado, isso porque só tinha a gente no hotel e quando chegamos o apartamento não estava pronto. Tivemos que esperar quase 40 minutos. A cama estava anunciada como King mas não é, achei pequena. O café da manhã era bom mas nos 3 dias o café (bebida) estava frio.

Ótima instalações, atendimento exemplar de todos os funcionários. A observação a ser feita é para os elevadores que não possuem controle de tráfego e fica impossível o deslocamento durante o período de checkout, onde ficamos 30 minutos aguardando o elevador para conseguir descer, uma vez que o mesmo já vinha lotado de outros andares.

Ficamos hospedados no Hot Beach Suites, de sexta a domingo. Foi um passeio familiar. Chegamos na sexta, logo às 9h. Os recepcionistas, atenciosos, fizeram nosso pré-checkin e liberaram as pulseiras de utilização para consumação e acesso ao parque aquático. Por conta do tempo, saímos do parque por volta as 14h e como o quarto já estava liberado, autorizaram nosso acesso ao quarto, antes das 15h. Isso foi um ponto super positivo. A estrutura do quarto ótima, tudo muito novo. Porém, como estávamos em 3 (um casal e uma criança) ao chegarmos no quarto só tinha uma cama de casal. Não recebemos nenhuma explicação ou orientação de como seria a acomodação da criança. A estrutura do hotel é muito nova e tudo muito confortável. Porém, na estadia nem tudo foram flores e são pontos de atenção: não sei se os funcionários eram novos, mas em geral, não estavam alinhados nas orientações e prontos para responderem dúvidas. A estrutura dos elevadores, não comporta os horários de pico do hotel, em oportunidades, demoramos 40 minutos para conseguir usar o elevador. Outra questão, comida do restaurante, era buffet livre e em nossa reserva estava o café da manhã e jantar, mas o valor por pessoa do restaurante não vale o preço. Muito caro e a comida não é das mais saborosas. Os preços em geral no parque aquático e no próprio hotel são super inflacionados.
