Hotel em geral tem muita atividades para crianças. Recreação é boa, mas nao fala em local nenhum que cavalo e pago a parte (mesmo sendo hotel fazenda). O quarto (fiquei no bem-te-vi) muito ruim, sujo e camas velhas e desconfortáveis. O banheiro é pessimo. No espaço kids nem agua para as crianças, precisa comprar (nao tem nem filtro para abastecer a garrafinha). Nao tem banheiro para crianças no restaurante ou próximo. (Somente espaço kids) Fala que tem wifi, mas não funciona. Se precisar trabalhar não vai conseguir o sinal de celular e ruim. Os dia de evento que substitui o jantar (ex festa junina) o cafe da tarde foi bem regulado. Faltou comida. Piscina aquecida muito boa. Depende de ônibus para se locomover dentro do hotel. Evite o alojamento bem-te-vi ou canario pois e o último do circular e demora para conseguir entrar. Se chegar muito tarde pada o check-in nao tem estacionamento.

Área enorme localizada em uma região lindíssima na Serra da Mantiqueira. Cercada de montanhas se vc estiver em dias de Sol estará num lugar mágico. Sem dúvidas fique no bloco Sábia ,prédio novo quartos e decoração renovada.Os outros blocos já mostram o desgaste dos anos, tudo meio parado no tempo. Cama,banheiro, toalhas, tv ,ar condicionado precisando de renovação. O hotel é totalmente voltado as crianças, se vc tem pequenos não vão faltar opções. As piscinas são muito bonitas e convidativas. Em minha opinião o que realmente seria o ponto negativo é a alimentação. Em um espaço enorme se serve um buffet de qualidade discutível, com um serviço confuso e do meio ao final com mesas cheias de restos de comida, pratos e copos. Como sempre tem muita gente junta vamos tentar entender..... Kkkkk Viva as férias....

Hotel com ótima estrutura de lazer, incluindo as piscinas cobertas que funcionam mto bem! Instrutores que trabalham nas atrações das atividades mto simpáticos Informação Importante é que as atividades do hotel entre 12:00 a 13:00 param p almoço, não tem essa informação antes, ou seja a área de lazer fica fechada, exceto piscina Charrete, cavalos, tiroleza, arvorismo, são cobrados a parte. Funcionários da recepção canários, nosso prédio, nada simpáticos muito menos solicitos! Comida normal, grande variedade mais absolutamente NADA demais, devido ao porte do hotel, me decepcionei mto, com a apresentação, com o restaurante, com o sabor, parece um kilo com variedade, no jantar tivemos um temático queijos e vinho, deixou muito a desejar, mto mesmo Café da manhã tbm não tem grande variedade , mtos pães grandes. o que salva é a tapioca e a omelete feito na hora Não tinha nenhum suco natural incluso no café Resumindo quem espera das refeições, algo mais 5 estrelas , apresentação, comer algo mais gourmet vai se decepcionar. Hotel recebe excursões grandes, durante nossa estadia chegaram ônibus tumultuando mto.

É a terceira vez que vou no hotel, mas dessa vez o quarto não estava confortável, não tinha pano para colocar no chão e secar os pés, uma das piscinas aquecidas não dava pra entrar de tão quente. E a outra fria demais. O hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura, mas acho que podem melhorar o conforto do quarto, a limpeza e ajustar a temperatura das piscinas.
