Nice place with friendly staff. The units are quites small, but perfect for 1 person. Best shower I’ve had in years - I wish I had one of those at home. A bit noisy. I was on the 10th floor with the windows shut, and could hear the street traffic and live music from the restaurant downstairs - which was over before 10pm.

Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Experiência boa
A localização é excelente, tem tudo perto. No terreo existe um restaurante e bar que serve café da manhã, comida e é bem movimentado à noite quando "vira" um bar. Os preços são bons e os alimentos são gostosos. Na recepção existe uma mini lojinha com itens essenciais para quem precisar comprar algo na pressa (o valor emais puxado). Quanto à acomodação o quarto é amplo, cama boa, bastante toalha e cobertores. Achei a limpeza ok, o vaso estava meio sujo no local de sentar e em cima da pia tinha uns talheres de plástico provavelmente do usuário anterior. Senti falta de mais cabides no espaço de guardar as roupas. A vista para a Paulista era muito boa. No geral achei excelente a experiência e voltaria a ficar nessa unidade da rede Apê.
