Nice but moisy
The shower was very good .but was put by the elevator and it made alot of noise when it would operate and was here on a friday night so music from the night ciub would echo on the buidings. The breakfast was exxelent as well

We booked at this hotel because we were lodged before in other Braston in Sao Paulo. Big mistake: the Braston Augusta is very bad, a very bad location and the room were really impossible to be in there.

Good hotel for the price in Rua Augusta area
The hotel is only ok, but considering the low price, is good. Some minor issues in the room's bathroom but for me was still ok. The breakfast could have more options in terms of fruits, for example. About the area: who goes to Augusta knows it is a young people party street. So expect noises all night long, even on weekdays. But for dining, for example, the area has plenty of very good options in a short walking distance, for all pockets.

The Braston Augusta was closed for remodeling during my last stay there, so I was upgraded to the nearby sister Hotel Sao Paulo. My review is based upon prior stays at Braston Augusta. This is a dated hotel, with (in my prior stays) actual keys and square little television sets. I've stayed three or four times, because I considered to be great value for the money (then about $28, but I fear it will go up after the two-month remodeling is complete). The front desk staff never seemed very happy to see me, but I always got a nice quiet room in the back, away from the street noise of Augusta. Breakfast is very good. I doubt the front desk staff speaks very good English. Augusta is a pretty dingy street, but I'd guess it's pretty safe. On weekends the sidewalks have pedestrians around the clock due to all the clubs nearby, and it is easy to find. The nearest metro station is about a fifteen minute walk. I will stay again.

I read some of the other comments. Well I must have been in a different hotel. My room was not outdated. The bathroom was great, clean spacious and modern. The bedroom had 3 single beds, I would have preferred a double bed, that is the only points negative maybe. The staff was nice. The breakfast was great. The wifi was a bit annoying as you had to identify every time, but it was working in all the hotel. I would go back.

Razoavel. Atendimento impecável, atendentes muito educados, quarto limpo e todos os dias estava sempre bem arrumados e toalhas novas. Mas o café da manhã, meu Deus que desastre. Nao tem funcionário suficiente, esperei 32 min contado no relógio pra lavarem um prato é uma xícara pra tomar cafe. Em pleno domingo com hotel em lotação máxima, nao tinha funcionário. Nao tinha comida, comi um pão com manteiga, nao tinha mais presunto e queijo e nem utensilhos, absurdo.

Bom hotel, excelente custo-beneficio. Bem localizado, fomos andando ao Frei caneca, onde estavamos num evento. Porém pedimos quarto triplo e nao nos deram camas separadas, mesmo após o pedido. E o ar condicionado nao gelava direito, fora isso, tudo certo.

Hotel Braston apresenta um local mais que decente.
Lugar interessante. Alguns problemas no checkin (mas sem culpa alguma do atendente, e sim do sistema). Local BEM limpo, café da manhã diverso, mas senti falta de alguns itens (como pão de queijo). Quarto confortável, mas senti falta de um blackout nas cortinas. Hotel sem cozinha também, o que é irônico, ja que oferece café. É um hotel antigo, mas com um ÓTIMO custo benefício. Bem localizado, funcionários gente boa... Destaque especial para a Rose, funcionária da equipe que cuida do café da manhã, e para o Leonardo, da recepção. Funcionários EXEMPLARES!!! Que alavancaram e muito a nossa experiencia no hotel. São pessoas amáveis, sensacionais e que merecem tudo de bom. No geral: um ótimo local! Eu voltaria mais vezes.
