This is an older hotel but very clean. It did not have breakfast included. The double bed was two twin beds pushed together, which is common in Brazil. The area was nice, but not much around it. If I need that location, I would stay here again. It did have hot water and air. The room was warm even in cold weather.

everything was adequate for the budget! good location, but noisy and not the safest neighborhood around. Wifi worked fine but cable TV could be better in the channel lineup. But, what is unforgiven, is the lack of bacon in the scrambled eggs over the breakfast.

Good place for short term
I stayed just one night, the room is clean, I just didn't like they were washing the floor in the lobby with strong chemicals during the day making difficult for guests to walk through. The breakfast is simple but it is ok for a quick meal. The location is good to take any freeway but there is nothing around at walking distance.

I work in Sao paulo every 6 weeks and this is ideally located for my work. its nothing flash but has everything you need at a very reasonable price for SP. Reception are freindly - they dont all speak english but there is always someone who does. Food is good, wifi is good - air con units are a bit loud in rooms and like most hotels in SP its right on a busy road but I will deffo be staying again. Also there is a lovely park if you like running just over the river.
