O condomínio é muito bem localizado, a piscina aquecida e sauna muito boas! Infelizmente estava chovendo então não aproveitei a piscina normal, porém, são grandes. Sobre o apartamento, a geladeira não estava funcionando, apenas o freezer, tinha cacos da garrafa de cerveja embaixo da geladeira e na lavanderia (acredito que do outro hóspede) , e não tinha chave pois o outro hóspede tinha perdido, dormimos uma noite tudo aberto e fomos para a praia e deixamos aberto tb, após conversar com o corretor ele resolveu a questão da chave, porém, a geladeira a dona do apartamento fez pouco caso, estragaram comidas que tínhamos trazido, e tudo tinha que colocar no freezer, o moço foi trocar a geladeira só no dia que estávamos indo embora, ficamos 4 dias. Eu voltaria a alugar no condomínio, mas, não na mesma casa.

Excelente Lugar
O condomínio tem uma ótima estrutura. Área das Piscinas bem cuidadas, piscina aquecida (realmente aquecida), segurança, ótima localização (de frente para praia), colaboradores do condomínio muito atenciosos. O apartamento também não deixa a desejar, pois, tudo funcionou muito bem (chuveiros, torneiras, ar condicionado, TV, etc). Um lugar que Recomendo.

Condomínio excelente
O condomínio tem uma ótima estrutura. Piscinas bem cuidadas, piscina aquecida (realmente aquecida), segurança, ótima localização. O apartamento também não deixa a desejar, pois, tudo funcionou muito bem (chuveiros, torneiras, ar condicionado, TV, etc). A única dica de melhoria seria instalar rede de proteção na sacada para evitar acidentes com os pequenos. Recomendo.

Nossa estadia foi ótima. Já conhecíamos o condomínio, que é maravilhoso. Mesmo com chuva pudemos aproveitar bastante na piscina aquecida. Anfitrião sempre disposto a atender bem, imóvel impecável e muito limpo, com ar condicionado em todos os cômodos.

Foi um dos melhores imóveis que ja me hóspedei, mto perto da praia, literalemente pé na areia. Estrutura do imovel com perfeitas acomodações, limpo e organizando. Lugar topp... a única recomendação seria notificar os proximos locatários q todas as tomas são 220v, tivemos um problema o qual foi solucionado rapidamente pelo propietario. SR armando foi mto atencioso e preocupado com nossa hospedagem. Recomendo e irei locar mais vezes.

Relaxante e sem dor cabeça!
Imóvel muito bem localizado, tem de tudo a poucos passos de distância (farmácia e padaria 24 H do lado). Condomínio muito agradável pois, além de perto da praia (só atravessar a rua), tem ótima estrutura para entretenimento pós praia, e um ambiente que te faz sentir na natureza! O proprietário é muito honesto e atencioso, nos ajudo durante toda a estadia (mesmo sendo feriado). Ficamos em 8 pessoas sem problemas. O apartamento é um dos primeiros próximo à entrada do condomínio, o que facilita muito.
