部屋のパスキーは教えていただいていましたが、ロビーのロックキーが共有いただいてなかったため、入れませんでした。 偶然、宿泊者の人が開けて入れてくれましたので良かったのですが、ロビーのパスキーも合わせて事前に共有いただきたかったです。 電話対応はすごく親切で、助かりました。
