The Villa is located 1 block away from world famous Lido Beach, a 7 min walk to St Armand's Circle, and a short 3 mile drive to grocery shopping & the excitement of downtown Sarasota. The 2 bdr villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and features a private outdoor patio, spacious dining area, in-unit washer/dryer & dedicated parking. Come enjoy a taste of paradise!

Great Getaway

The 2 bedroom condo was very comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Easy walking distance to St. Armand Circle. Appreciated the array of beach chairs, coolers,etc.The wifi and TV were good as well. Would definitely consider renting again. Thanks Luda.

Wonderful place to stay on Lido Key

The villa was extremely clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable beds, and a great location. One block to Lido Beach, and about five blocks to St Armands. In a quiet neighborhood. Hopefully will have the chance to stay again. The owner was very resposive to questions.

The location of this property is perfect- close to the beach, St Armands Circle and Sarasota. I exercise at Orange Theory and there is a studio about 7minute drive away. My husband loves pickleball and there are courts about 10-15 minutes away.The property is clean and well kept.We had a great stay!

30th Anniversary

Location and size were ideal, for the two of us. Nicely set up, everything was good quality and listed accurately. Getting hot water in the shower took 4 to 5 minutes, frustrating the first time but prepared after that. Would definitely stay again.Stephen & Pamela

Help Lido recover

The property was very clean, accurately listed and with a responsive host. It’s a short walk to the Lido Beach Pavilion and there are several SUP and kayak outfitters available. The area was battered by recent hurricanes, but is recovering with beaches, parks and some restaurants back open. The shopping at St. Armands, however, may be spotty for a time, but your support of the local economy will be greatly appreciated.

This is the 2nd time my family and I have stayed at the villa. We had another fantastic stay! The villa is very clean and stocked with anything you made need to make your stay feel like home (full kitchen with all supplies, plenty of linens, etc). Location is perfect! Just a short walk to beautiful Lido Key beach and St. Armand’s Circle. We will 100% be returning again in the figure and highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice, relaxing vacation.

Lido Beach Bungalow

Great place to stay for a couple days. Spacious, clean, close to beach and restaurants and shopping. We stayed for 2 nights on our way to Anna Maria Island. Was a great spot for a few days!
