Room was damp/ humid. Needed to change room and only room to change to was different than the reserved room. No dining options after 10 AM until late afternoon and couldn t even get coffee. The employees were excellent and tried to compensate for the hotels deficiencies.

The room was nice but had 2 tissues left in the box with no refill box and a quarter roll of toilet paper with no refills. We had to call. Seemed like when getting it ready it wasnā€™t properly stocked. The AC was hard to figure out. Itā€™s a very nice property and in a great location.

Bree was wonderful at the front desk at check and throughout our stay. Bree seem to be working all the time well, sweet lady. The hotel looked fairly fresh but some attention could be paid to cleanliness in the pool and hot tub area. For a 5 night stay we had our room serviced only one time - not great. The gym needed cleaning it was never even vacuumed- I clean up some debris once as I could take it being there day after day. The property could be better cleaned and cared for. Nice people working there however!
