Welcome to our newly remodeled from top to bottom lake house villa on Saratoga Lake. Lounge on the Sandy beach or boat dock in cozy Adirondack chairs or sun loungers. Best sunsets on the lake and a 30 second stroll to the beach across the street. Enjoy complimentary use of our paddleboards & kayaks and brand new boat dock. Please inquire if you’d like to bring your boat along. We can most often accommodate. Beach and dock are shared with our other home. Warm up after & enjoy the fire pit outside the home. So much to enjoy after a day at the lake or track. 8 minutes from the Saratoga Race Course and all the best restaurants in the area.
Our home is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances and new quartz in a soothing coastal theme. Everything is new for your enjoyment including high thread count linens, towels, beach towels, small cooler for guest use. Enjoy playing cornhole or ladder ball while soaking up the views on the fully furnished newly built trex deck.
All the comforts of home with fully stocked kitchen & complimentary coffee bar. Sulfate free shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided for your convenience. Washer & dryer including free & clear detergents for guest use.

Nice long weekend getaway
We visited in late September. House was really cute and very clean. It was a chilly, rainy weekend, so we didn’t get to use the outdoor games and tables. The bedrooms are small, but otherwise great. The lake is across the street and the street can be busy.

Loved the property, Jennifer was quick to answer all my questions. Had tons of stuff like spices, aluminum foil, baggies, coffee pods, laundry detergent. Great location lake across a road easy access. Had kayaks, fire pit and wood, life jackets. Close to all we wanted to do. Would stay again.

Enchanting getaway on the lake
This lakeside cottage is everything and more. My boyfriend and I love Lake Saratoga but had never stayed here before. We will definitely go back. The location is perfect, well appointed many amenities inside the cottage and plenty of places to relax on their lake front beach. Our host was amazing. They welcomed my dog Oreo and allowed us to share their home. A must visit.

Great Hang Spot
Well my family and I went up to Saratoga to celebrate my Nieces Graduation from Skidmore. The fire pit,bbq grill and seating were just perfect for after graduation hang/celebration. The Cottage is nicely furnished with new everything. Would stay again.

Quiet getaway
With the lake just a few steps away across the street you can still see it from the front of the house; really enjoyed the peace of sitting on the dock sipping coffee in the morning. Just the quick getaway we were looking for. Thanks for hosting us!
