We had a wonderful stay at the Bluebird Spa City Motor Lodge. The staff and accommodations were great! We were in the heart of the downtown scene with so much shopping and restaurants all around us. We loved the entire experience.

You cannot beat the location . Right in the middle of Broadway . Everything is walkable . I even walked home from the track in flip flops and an 65. Itā€™s an old motel , but it was clean , beds very comfy . A/C was great . The staff could not have been any nicer .

Not sure if every room is like this but our room did not have a single chair or small table, not even an end table near the bed. Our queen size bed was against the wall which meant I was climbing over my spouse to get out of the bed at night. Maybe the lack of chair / table in the room motivates you to spend time in the community lobby which has coffee and a few long tables.
