You will be steps from putting your toes in the sand. Located in the only complex directly on Ocotal beach. This beach is quiet and great for swimming and snorkeling. If the beach isn't for you you can enjoy the three pools in our development. Enjoy your family getaway in this home that sleeps up to ten with our pull out couch. Our three bedroom unit has a huge balcony with a partial ocean view. We are a short 50 yards from the beautiful black/golden beach. This is a perfect home base for all your adventures. We are 5 minutes from the town of Coco where you will find restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, bars, banks, and lots of nightlife. You will be able to escape the noise of the tourist town and relax back at the villa while being close enough to take advantage of everything Coco has to offer. If you don't feel like preparing dinner that's okay, just 100 yards down the beach you can eat and drink at the famous Father Roosters beach restaurant. It is a fantastic place to sit back and have a drink while you take in the sunset. They have great food too. We can help you plan your vacation. We can recommend a fantastic tour company that will pick you up right at our villa. If you choose not to rent a car we can help you arrange transportation from the airport. We are so close to town that many guests opt to take taxis back and forth to town. Some of our guests just rent a golf cart. We can help you with recommendations for that too. Our villa has its own private driveway but if you have a second car that is no problem. We are located right beside the guest parking lot.
Our villa is located within a gated community with 24 hour security. As a bonus we even have a large shared rear patio with a BBQ pit located at the back of the villa. This patio is only shared with a possible renter in our bachelor apartment.
