This spacious 75 sqm apartment is fully climate controlled and comes with free Wifi access.

The large living room (55 sqm) offers a superb view over the Saint-Sacerdos Church – the very heart of Sarlat. It incorporates a fully equipped open plan (American) kitchen (separated from the living area by a breakfast bar) with fridge, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates and a dishwasher.

The living area is equipped with the latest electronics – a 117cm Smart flat-screen TV and Bose Hifi surround-sound system (with Bluetooth connection/access).

The separate bedroom comprises a 160cm queen size bed and high quality furnishings (including some antique pieces). Complemented by subtle, but effective lighting, the ambience is both warm and elegant. At a more practical level, the large built-in wardrobe allows you to store your cloths and luggage.
Extra single beds can be added on request: extra of 25 euros (per beds - including bath linen and sheets).

Finally, you will be seduced by the state of the art bathroom, equipped with an Italian shower cabinet, large vanity, WC and integrated sound system.

The location is unbeatable and Allison the owner was outstanding. The only issue for us is the apartment is really on the second floor with a steep set of stairs.

Simply beautiful
The apartment is situated right in the centre of town with everything (shops, sites, restaurants) within a couple of minutes walk. The flat itself is absolutely stunning: beautifully furnished and really well designed. The double glazed windows mean the noise from outside is completely stopped and the area is brilliant. It was really hot when we were there so the air conditioning was also a real bonus. Allison was really easy to communicate with and did everything to make sure that we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Exceptional stay in Sarlat-la-Caneda
Great experience. Allison and Marc are wonderful hosts. Their apt is very centrally located but quiet as well with double-paned windows. The apartment decor, the amenities and the parking garage space made our stay very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and very dedicated to making it a perfect stay for us.

Perfect location
Charming apartment in the heart of historic Sarlat. The apartment is exactly as described. It is spacious, quiet and filled with charm. The air conditioning works well and communication with the owner was easy. There are some stairs to climb to the apartment. Allison is very helpful with getting heavy bags up and down the stairs at check in and out.

Perfect Apartment in Sarlat Centre!
We stayed in this beautiful and very comfortable apartment in the heart of the Sarlat Medieval City for a week. The owners couldn't do enough for us and were wonderfully communicative before and during our stay. The covered, secure parking spot they provide was an easy walk. The apartment was perfectly situated within the centre and only a 20-25 minute drive to most attractions in the area. Highly recommend! Also ask about the other apartments our hosts offer. Marc showed us their newest 2-bedroom on the next level up from ours and it's absolutely stunning!

Wonderful Stay
Marc and Allison were so nice. Easy to work with. Marc came and picked us up at their enclosed car park and even carried up our luggage! We had booked another apartment months before and found out last minute that the had to cancel. I had to scramble to find something else. Marc and Alison’s apartment was available because of a cancellation lucky for us! The funny thing was, we had booked their apartment in 2020 when Covid hit and everything closed down. It was destiny that we were to stay there!

Great Option in the Heart of Town
The apartment is exactly as poctured -- fantastic views, extremely comfortable, very well decorated. But even better than the apartment is the host! He is so very nice and helpful! He drove me and my bags from the private parking to the apartment when I arrived, and then drove me back again when I left. He was very concerned about my comfort and my satisfaction with the accommodations. Cannot recomment highly enough!

Best host & apartment in Sarlat
Just stayed with friends in both apartments which are both amazing, Marc was brilliant from the moment we arrived. Met us at the secure covered parking which was fantastic. Drove us to the door and explained everything in great detail (Marc you're English is far better than my french you did a great job!) Sarlat was a little quiet as early in the season but still a lovely place to stay. Couldn't fault the apartments/ location or hosts

The appartmemt is huge and has everything you need. The location is incredible with the saturday market right outside your door. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts marc and allison were excetional to deal with and the secure parking is a bonus.

A wonderful place to stay in Sarlat for multiple reasons
The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable with its old stone walls, modern sound and WIFI systems, and glorious views from the windows of the best plaza in Sarlat. The tile work in the large bathroom is also beautiful. Owners Marc and Allison are friendly and very helpful. Marc picked us up and dropped us off at the train station and helped us with our luggage. Marc and Allison responded very quickly to any questions during our month-long stay in October 2023. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sarlat!

Great Apartment in Old Town
The apartment is just as pictured. A really great place to stay. It is in a great location in Old Town with easy walking to shops,restaurants, sights. The parking was an easy walk away, 8 minutes or so. Marc was a great host and picked us up and dropped us off at the car park on arrival and departure. There are 27 somewhat steep stairs to access the apartment, and people with mobility issues may find that challenging. All in all a real gem.

What an amazing apartment in a perfect location. The apartment has everything you will need with high quality furnishings. The parking was excellent with a space in a inside garage just a few minutes walk away. Sarlat is beautiful and being situated right in the heart of the city was amazing. The hosts were great and extremely friendly and helpful and we were very sad to leave.

location, location, location! and a beautiful apartment
We had a lovely two-night stay in this apartment, not enough time to see all of Sarlat, let alone its surroundings. We particularly appreciated the quiet combined with the astounding view of the cathedral and the old city. The amenities were excellent, and our hosts very helpful. We also particularly appreciated the inclusion of nearby secure parking. Highly recommended!

Location and comfort
Truly one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. The location couldn’t be better as it’s right in the heart of old Sarlat. A very busy, active old gothic town, with MANY good restaurants and lots of shopping. Make sure to be there on either Wednesday for small market or Saturday for large market. Sarlat is also a great jumping off point to visit other beautiful Perigord villages. Even though the apartment is in the center of town, the double glazed windows will keep noise out when you want quiet. Sleeping was good, very quiet and the bed is wonderful. Marc and Allison were the perfect hosts, going above and beyond for us. Marc met us at the private secure covered parking and helped with luggage, drove us to the center and then helped us up the flight of stairs with our luggage. When he opened the door to the apartment door I was blown away with how open, airy and light filled the apartment was. Everything modern and very clean. Beautiful big bathroom with walk-in shower and a chef’s kitchen. Can’t say enough about the apartment and the owners. So good. Thank you Marc and Allison for a wonderful stay in Sarlat!
