La maison est trĆØs bien, trĆØs bon emplacement proche de la cĆ“te que nous n'avons pas trop vu Ć  cause du mauvais temps. La maison Ć©tait globalement propre sauf les toilettes du haut qui Ć©taient sales (chasse d'eau non tirĆ©e...). Par contre l'accueil est Ć  revoir totalement : la maison n'Ć©tait pas chauffĆ©e en arrivant (11,5 degrĆ©s...) et il Ć©tait demandĆ© sur la fiche descriptive de ne pas utiliser les radiateurs au profit du poĆŖle Ć  pelĆ©s. Sauf que les indications pour l'utiliser Ć©taient trĆØs succintes ("reportez vous au mode d'emploi"), et son utilisation pas du tout instinctive. N'ayant pas toute la soirĆ©e pour Ć©tudier le fonctionnement du poĆŖle (nous repartions passer la soirĆ©e sur Vannes) nous avons tout de mĆŖme allumĆ© les radiateurs (la commande centrale dysfonctionne, la tĆ©lĆ©commande rĆ©glĆ©e sur 18, l'Ć©tage Ć©tait Ć  22, il faisait mĆŖme trop chaud dans la chambre) Autre gros hic : nous avons posĆ© nos courses dans le frigo y compris du surgelĆ©, et celui-ci n'Ć©tait pas allumĆ© mais nous ne l'avons remarquĆ© que le lendemain, passant la soirĆ©e Ć  l'extĆ©rieur... Heureusement ce qui nous a permis de ne pas perdre toutes nos courses. Donc c'est franchement limite, le minimum serait de prĆ©chauffer la maison et d'allumer le frigo avant l'arrivĆ©e des locataires. Le barillet de la porte du garage est Ć  changer aussi ; difficile +++ de la fermer. Au final nous avons bien profitĆ© du sĆ©jour, dommage que l'arrivĆ©e aie Ć©tĆ© compliquĆ©e. Un gros effort serait Ć  faire Ć  ce niveau.

Maison trĆØs agreable, bien situĆ©e et bien Ć©quipĆ©e. Le sentier cĆ“tier est bien amĆ©nagĆ© et facile d'accĆØs depuis le logement. Nous recommandons ce logement dans lequel nous avons un bon sĆ©jour.
