Beautuful property. Very large pool and garden. Fully enclosed for the dog. Well equipped house. Not far from amenities but also rural. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful holiday house
This is a lovely holiday house with superb swimming pool and garden. It's a real home from home with all the comforts you need. The house is in a lovely area and you are never from the sea. The new addition of the room/conservatory makes a huge difference and in addition to this the air con in this room is a god send in the nice weather. The hosts are very easy to deal with and very accommodating. It's the sort of house you will go back to.

Gorgeous garden and pool
This house was in a good location for exploring. The house was clean and tidy and well equipped. The garden and pool were excellent and having the cover on the pool made a big difference. We had extremely hot weather so spent a lot of time in the pool. We liked the fact you could be in the sea or Gulfe de Morbihan within minutes. It suited all ages from grandchildren to Nan. Plenty of space for playing games. Would definitely recommend.

maison tres bien tenue : le jardin la piscine et le golf du morbihan ont fait le bonheur des enfants et des parents ! j'invite le propriétaire a mettre a jour son annonce et confirmer si oui ou non les locataires doivent apporter leurs draps de couchage. Il m'a en effet ete proposé par mail par le propriétaire d'organiser la location de draps de couchage alors qu'aucune precisions n'est mentionnée sur l'annonce a ce sujet.

Magnifique location conforme à la description et aux photos. Idéalement située pour visiter le Golfe du Morbihan et ses alentours. Maison située dans un quartier très calme. Excellentes prestations!
Séjour du 22/07 au 05/05/23. Très agréable maison, super équipée en tout point de vue il ne manque absolument rien pour la cuisine notamment, confortable. La météo n'était pas très belle, mais avec la piscine chauffée et couverte, même par temps de pluie, la baignade était super agréable. La maison est très bien située pour les courses, les promenades, et possède un super terrain pour jouer avec des enfants. Un très bon accueil des voisins, toujours disponibles. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location fidèle au descriptif. La maison est très agréable et est pourvue de très nombreux ustensiles de cuisine. Il ne manque rien. La piscine est juste magnifique et très bien chauffée. Nous en avons bien profité. Quand à l’emplacement parfait pour réaliser de nombreuses visites des sites alentours (sarzeau, port du Crouesty, visite du Golfe,zoo de Branféré…). Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cette location.

Belle maison de 4 chambres, ayant tout le necessaire à l'intérieur . Une piscine magnifique ,5000 metres carrés de terrain. On y a trouvé rien de négatif. Bien situé dans une Belle région a visiter.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette propriété au top avec notre famille, la maison est très spacieuse et très propre et je peux ajouter hyper équipée , il ne manque rien ,c est impressionnant !!et que dire de la piscine chauffée et couverte avec ce magnifique abris coulissant ,génial ! Mes petites Filles ont beaucoup appréciées cette superbe piscine, et pour terminer, je doit remercier Nathalie et Franck ,les charmants voisins, pour leur acceuil ,leur discrétion et leur grande gentillesse ,je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cette propriété, cordialement Eric Clavet

Plus que parfait !
Prestation magnifique. Belle maison tout confort ( rien ne manque) et quelle propreté ! piscine au top chauffée et avec l'abrit on peut se baigner par n'importe quel temps. Un Havre de paix
C'est de loin, l' une des plus belles villas pour un séjour en famille. La piscine est très agréable et le must, c'est l'ouverture de la toiture. Tout est très bien pensé, et très bien aménagé. Je conseille à tous.

Location correspondant à nos attentes .
La propriété est propre , adaptée pour des vacances avec enfants et ados. Grand jardin clos, et une piscine chauffée et couverte , le bonheur pour toute la famille. Le seul problème est la mauvaise qualité de la literie en particulier celle de la chambre verte où l’on sent les ressorts du matelas, impossible de dormir pour les enfants, nous avons rajouté les matelas des 2 lits pliants. Superbe séjour , le Morbihan est magnifique. Nous retournerons dans cette maison sans hésiter.

Très agréable semaine, maison très équipée et piscine géniale, spacieuse et très propre, sublime ! Malgré le manque de soleil, l abri de la piscine permet d en profiter tous les jours. Il ne manque plus que le jacuzzi pour être au paradis !

Maison avec extérieur très agréable
La maison est bien équipée, ses 4 chambres, 2 salles d'eau, séjour, salle à manger sont adaptée à une famille "nombreuse". Le jardin avec sa belle piscine et sa grande surface sont idéale et nous en avons bien profité. Petit bémol sur le confort du lit de la chambre du bas, et poussière ou acariens ont déclencher une petite crise d'asthme sur nos jeunes (enfin rien de grave), nous avons sorti les couvertures pour les aérer.. dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande.

Deux magnifiques semaines
Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines dans cette très belle propriété qui est un formidable lieu de départ pour explorer la presqu'île et le Golfe du Morbihan. La maison ets spacieuse et très bien équipée, la piscine très agréable, le jardin immense et avec des coins ombragés (ce qui vu les deux belles semaines de soleil que nous avons eus était aussi appréciable en soirée ,surtout pour nos garçons qui aiment jouer au foot ;). Nous reviendrons !

Grand espace et superbe piscine
Une grande maison avec beaucoup (trop) d'ustensiles de cuisine,et bien située proche de Sarzeau et de nombreux sites tels que le château de Suscinio ou le Golfe du Morbihan. La maison est confortable et très grande avec ses 4 chambres. L'accueil par les voisins est très sympathique et agréable !
