Worst stay ever starting at check in should have left at that time had reservations for king size bed got a room with two double beds which reeked of cigarettes only one pillow dirty pillow covers on the chairs so decided to leave while leaving we took a picture of the hallway where there’s garbage in the hallway as the clerk had noticed the camera flashing offered us a another room which was tolerable had a king size bed and didn’t reek we decided to stay as had prepaid through app will not ever stay at this establishment

Could have been a bit cleaner, and it was rather cold too. There was also no coffee pot in the room. The coffee was there, but no pot! But the staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant!

this is the dirtiest place i’ve ever stated in! garbage in elevator, dirty bedding, dirty tv, dirty walls, disgusting dirty a/c like someone spilled a drink on it and it dried there and never cleaned! and never have i been charged $250 damage deposit on cc for staying in much nicer hotels!! will never stay again

The place was ok for the nights stay. The checking was good and fast as most was done through Expedia. Day clerk was very curtious. Would stay here again if needed to be in Saskatoon.

Please, avoid this place! More like a crack house instead of a hotel. The AC unit was extremely dirty, and there were strange drippings on the walls. When the front desk was called he said it was not his problem, that the cleansing team was on until 4 pm. The rooms had a bad smell, I believe the last health inspector was there a long time ago (2016 or so). I honestly don't know how is this place still active. I wish I had pictures but, it was so disgusting I couldn't do it.

The location was convenient for me. The rooms were spacious and in good condition. There were dining (but not breakfast) facilities next door. The room service did not consistently provide facecloths with the towels. We needed to ask staff for these on several occasions.

0/10! Very unsafe. The guy at the desk locks the doors at night and you have to call while you’re standing at the entrance for him to come left you in. Smells strongly of smoke even though it states nonsmoking. First room had dirty sheets. Asked to move to a different room. Sheets looked better but table was filthy, not cleaned. Bathroom not cleaned. Toilet clogged and flooded with feces. Went back to the front as we were no longer willing to stay there. Adult Son forgot food in fridge. Clerk took him back up to get it and asked him if we’d stay if he took the sheets from the room with the clogged toilet and put them on the bed in the other room. If I could give the rating as a minus I’d give it lower than zero. Not sure how they are allowed to operate!
