When I walked in noticed the security guard, I prefer places that don't need security in the lobby. The door to the room did not latch or lock, so I had to change rooms. Renos seem to be going on all over, elevator, hallways, room doors, everything is dirt and beat up, caulking around the tub is multiple colours of who knows what!

My stay was good, except for one small issue. The heater in my room quit working after the first night, advised them and said it would be addressed but it wasn't. Room was cool the rest of my stay, but that was ok for a better sleep.

Good place to sleep the beds are comfy, what I didn’t like was there was a toonie on the pullout couch it looks like the last person that stayed there put it back themselves and housekeeping didn’t bother to check so I’m assuming it was used and dirty and the toonie was a tip to the housekeeper

We had to move rooms numerous times, staff were unhelpful and unsupportive. Room 1: sink was clogged and could not be used Room 2: surfaces were covered in a sticky syrupy substance, closet doors were broken and could not be opened. Heater was broken and was blasting heat with no reprieve. Room 3: floor in bathroom was covered in hair, closet doors were broken again and bed sheets in one of the beds were uncleaned and stained as if the previous occupant spilled coffee on them. When concerned were brought forward they stated that the rooms were being renovated and that the furniture would be better the next time we stay. I clarified that the quality of the furniture has nothing to do with the cleanliness and that we would never stay again.
