Cockroaches found in west wing #256, staff denied it, had to show photos for proof and they weren't aware what cockroaches looked like and stated it was a "maple bug" I proceeded to show the photo next to a cockroach photo and got us switched to a different room.

There was construction work ongoing and barriers were up by the entrance. I walked around the building to find another way in, only to end up at the same spot. The door was actually open but the signage was misleading. When I checked in, the staff couldn’t find my booking, which was through Expedia. This was the first time I had issues at this hotel.
