Spacious stylish apartment in idyllic port town on the Baltic

The port of Sassnitz is located in the northeast of the island of Rügen and is ideal for exploring the island. For cyclist and walkers to the famous chalk cliffs and the National Park Jasmund with its impressive beech forests begins just 1000m from the property.
The stunning sandy beach of the seaside resorts, there are also a few kilometers. Here, you benefit from excellent public transport connections to the city Sassnitz by train or car.

Your accommodation with a size of 72 m² has a private entrance, is distributed to living / dining area, separate fitted kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and bathroom with shower / WC. The kitchen has 2 hobs, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher and equipment for 5 persons.
The apartment is perfectly designed for 4 people, maximum can be 5 persons accommodated. A travel cot for very young children is available for free if necessary.
The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished and offers in the tranquil setting absolute recovery. Should you nevertheless need to be missing something are your landlord locally.
For the physical well in the vicinity provide you many Café's and restaurants on the beach promenade, provided you do not want to cook the fresh fish from a boat in the property itself.
Your home has a parking space at the house. If you arrive by train it is only 400 meters from the railway station to the accommodation.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Eine sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Komplett eingerichtete Küche, großer Wohnraum mit Esstisch und Sofagarnitur. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und genügend Stauraum in den Schränken. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage in Sassnitz. Gerne wieder!

Unterkunft super. Sehr sauber, ruhige Lage. Sitzplätze auch außerhalb. Nicht auf allen Links von fewo-direkt wurde kommuniziert, dass Bettwäsche optional ist und Handtücher nicht dazu gebucht werden können.

Familienurlaub
Lage der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Fußmarsch ca 10-15 Minuten zum Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wohnung selbst leider nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten solala, Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern nur halbfunktionierende Innenjalousinen. In Sassnitz kann man viele schöne Ecken erkunden. Am Steilufer kann man etwas abenteuerlich unterwegs sein, aber mit Vorsicht zwecks der Abbrüche! Alles in allem war alles okay.

In dieser Ferienwohnung sind einige Sachen reparierbedürftig, Gardinenstangen in den Schlafzimmer, Jalousien teilweise kaputt. Bettdecken und Matratzenschoner fleckig. Ansonsten war es okay.

Lage und Ausstattung wie beschrieben, guter Grundriss und genügend Platz, Sauberkeit lässt hier und da zu wünschen übrig (Überlauf des Waschbeckens nicht sauber, viele Spinnenweben). Matratzen sollten in absehbarer Zeit gewechselt werden, Gardinenstangen und Innenrollo an der Haustür ebenso. Ruhige Lage, Parken direkt am Haus möglich.

Nette Ferienwohnung
Eine schöne Wohnung für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Über die Hängebrücke zum Hafen sind es schon ein paar Meter, was aber für uns nicht weiter schlimm war. Lediglich das Internet in der Wohnung ist nicht grade das schnellste. Ansonsten kann man die Wohnung empfehlen.

Unsere Tage in Sassnitz
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der FeWo sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben! Zum Hafen bzw. Wasser muss man ein Stück laufen aber für uns war das kein Drama.

Schöne,geräumige FeWo
Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Harm. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber,die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß und in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und bietet alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Die Lage ist auch super, mit dem Rad ist man in zwei Minuten bei allen Geschäften die der Ort zu bieten hat und auch andere Sehenswürdigeiten der Insel sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein entspannter Aufenthalt und weiter zu empfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Schöne, geräumige und saubere Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ideal auch als Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel Rügen zu erkunden. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war herzlich und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt absolut genossen.

Sehr gepflegt und sauber
Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Vermittlung über das Portal und das damit unpersönliche Ambiente hatten einen etwas bitteren Beigeschmack. Der persönliche Kontakt mit dem Vermieter blieb dabei auf der Strecke. Für uns alte Generation eine neue Erfahrung. Die Buchung über das Portal lief problemlos und einfach, dass allerdings mehr als 150€ für diesen Service anfallen.... Wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern hatten ausreichend Platz, das sorgt für Entspannung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundungstouren auf Rügen. Ein kleiner Vorgarten mit Tisch und Bank sowie ein Parkplatz stand uns zur Verfügung. Die Räder durften wir im Garten abstellen. Wir hatten auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher gebucht (Achtung muss extra gebucht werden und kostet 60€). Die Betten waren bei Ankunft bezogen und frische große Handtücher lagen im Bad... Die Einrichtung ist einfach, sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Die Größe der Ferienwohnung reichte aus, um vier Erwachsene eine schöne Urlaubszeit zu bereiten.
Zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer sorgten für eine entspannte Nacht. Der Wohnraum bot viel Platz für Frühstück und Dinner. Wenn überhaupt, könnte man bemängeln, dass nur 2 Platten im E-Herd und nur 1 Bad zur Verfügung stand. Uns störte das weniger.

Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben auch kurzfristig noch Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Weiterhin lässt sich nach Absprache die Anreise flexibel gestalten, ein sehr großer Pluspunkt wenn man eine längere Anfahrt hat.

Sehr geeignet für einen Familienurlaub
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1Kind) haben eine Woche Sommerurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr geräumig, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Von Vorteil sind die zwei Schlafzimmer, wodurch dem Kind ein eigenes "Reich" zustand. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und dennoch zentrumsnah: Hafen, Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Einzige Anmerkung: die in der Beschreibung angegebene Gratisausleihe von Fahrrädern erfolgt nicht in der Hauptsaison. Dass wir dies, trotz vorheriger Mailanfrage erst vor Ort erfahren haben und diese Angabe auch heute, 10 Tage nach unserem Hinweis, noch immer nicht eindeutig auf der Seite steht, ist ärgerlich. Denn dieser Aspekt war für uns buchungsentscheidend. Ferienwohnung ist ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert. Wir danken für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Geräumig und gut ausgestattet
Die FeWo ist schön groß und für Kinder ideal eingerichtet mit nicht allzuviel Dekokram. Es gibt auch eine gute Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen. WLan ist vorhanden, das PW muss allerdings beim Vermieter erfragt werden. Das könnte vielleicht schon bei dem Willkommensprosecco beigelegt werden.
