Ja und Nein, die Konkurrenz ist deutlich weiter vorn.

Die Lage geht völlig in Ordnung, da die meisten doch mobil sein werden. Was weniger schön ist, Stockflecken an der Decke im Bad, genauso wie defektes Licht in dem Bad. Der Lüfter vom Bad ist nur unheimlich laut hat aber kaum eine Wirkung, da gibt es doch deutlich besseres auf dem Markt.170 für die Reinigung und dann sind noch Marmeladen flecke auf dem Tisch und Haare im Bad verteilt. Es ist alles da aber halt schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ein Update hier und da wäre bei dem Preis mehr als angebracht. Eine schöne Terrasse ist vorhanden, wo man Abends gemütlich draußen sitzen kann. WLAN ist ohne Tadel per Glasfaser über eine FRITZ!box gegeben.

Schöne drei Zimmer Wohnung. Hatten diese für den Besuch der Störtebeker Festspiele gebucht. Sassnitz in der Nähe und der Strand von Prora auch nicht sehr weit. Man kann auf der Terrasse schön sitzen und grillen. Im Bad sollte man sollte darauf achten, dass die Badtür möglichst offen bleibt. Der Lüfter ist etwas laut und schafft die Belüftung nicht ausreichend. insgesamt aber Preis - Leistung sehr gut.
