Paradise Beach Club 104 is proudly owned by 'Happy Palm Stays', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

Imagine yourself in beautiful sunny Florida, enjoying the beach, views of the ocean and the salt in the air from this gorgeous ground floor corner unit. The views are second to none from this spectacular unit with large windows in the living and dining rooms offer stunning ocean views. This spacious, direct oceanfront, ground floor corner unit has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The heated oceanfront pool is steps away along with convenient access to the beach.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed. There is free high speed wireless internet so you can remain fully connected (if you wish).

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two washers and dryers located on the 3rd and 4th floor, two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach.

Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. Very pleasant stay
This property was exactly as listed. Bright and clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the air conditioner malfunctioning but the property manager efficiently managed the issue despite it occurring over Thanksgiving. I will definitely stay again.

Perfect location
Our stay was amazing. The condo is in the perfect location in the complex. Ocean front and right next to the pool. The ocean was pretty rough the week we were there but it made the sound of the waves crashing that much better. My pup loved it too. The dog areas are not much, especially for bigger dogs, and the beach in front of the condo is not pet friendly... but you have to walk down some stairs to the actual beach area, so there is a sandy area at the top to the side of the condo where we walked him and he chased crabs and had fun. Even explored in the sea grape forest LOL. There is also an excellent dog park you can take your dogs to that's only about 10 minutes away as well as a dog friendly beach. For the dog park you have to have your pup's up to date vet records and it's $3.00 per day for up to 3 dogs. In all our stay was amazing. Management is very prompt to answer questions and address concerns and the unit was very clean. We will definitely be visiting again!

Good beachfront option, but not great
The location is awesome, directly on the beach and close to stuff in the area. However, the first floor location means a fairly obstructed view from the patio, with tall fencing surrounding the unit's patio and additional fencing surrounding the pool deck. This wouldn't be the case with a unit on the 2nd floor or above, only on the ground floor. Also, the mattresses in the unit could use updating, especially in the 2nd bedroom where there are two beds. The kitchen is nice (though it lacked coffee, coffee filters, and oil, three things I count on with a kitchen unit) and we were able to cook stuff easily. The space is comfortable and plenty large.

Stay at Paradise Beach Club 104
This rental turned out to be a great choice. The best part was the location on the first floor of the building. It was so easy to unload and come and go from this unit as it was very close to the parking lot, but not on it at the same time. At first we were kind of concerned that the building itself seemed to be dated, but relieved that inside our unit was relatively updated and pleasant. Our unit was spacious and we had almost everything we needed minus a washer and dryer. We felt that the trade off was worth having the super close proximity to the beach. Our favorite thing was to watch the waves during the day and listen to them all night. Being an end unit with two extra windows made it bright and sunny during the day, yet we were grateful that there were blackout shades so that we could sleep at night. We were also pleased that it was so quiet in our unit. It would have been great to watch the rocket launches from our unit if they hadn’t been cancelled. We did have a few minor issues during our stay, but they were immediately addressed by Taylor when we contacted her despite it being on her own time on the weekend. Thanks, Taylor

Perfect Location
Wow! Beautiful views of the ocean out every window. The ocean is literally over the railing out your door. Condo is nice and clean. We spent mornings in the heated pool and afternoons on the beach. The office had puzzles, books and outdoor games ( cornhole, shuffle board) to enjoy. Very quiet, family oriented resort. Jerry, the resort manager, was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay!

Satellite Beach Cute and Adorable Vacation Weekend. The place was amazing, ocean view and easy access to the beach. This property is in the first floor with plenty of privacy and you can hear the ocean breeze, It’s very relaxing and quiet place . The kitchen amenities are well provided and bigger size pot are available. The king size bed is comfortable , white bedsheets are wonderful .It’s an old building but well maintained. Close to shopping center where Publix ,McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, and good restaurants are available around the area . NASA Kennedy Space Center - 33 miles / My son and my family enjoyed it !!! Stay was nice, except for the last morning when 2 workers are inside our balcony without notice not a knock no postings anywhere. Scared the heck out of us. They never bothered to say anything. Just walked right in. Never again for us. Taylor did apologized twice.

Dog friendly and Nice!
Older building, but very nice, very quiet. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable, but the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Pool was 7ft deep at one end. A random middle-aged woman tried to take our beach towels, keep an eye on your stuff! Lots of dogs, but we never saw any dog poop, and didn't hear any barking.

Zareh and his Maintenance team were amazing. Professional, prompt and pleasant to deal with. Pros-Perfect location, clean, easy check in either the beat views of the ocean. Apt. 104- Cons-Master mattress needs to be replaced due to dent in center of mattress, living room sofa needs a deep clean or be replaced, and guest room need blackout shades. The lighting for safety in outside corridor is on all night and shines directly into guest room. I would stay at apartment 104 over and over again. Perfection!

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained and clean. The host was great to work with and check-in and check-out were effortless. Zareh with "Stay in Cocoa Beach" was the best! He goes over and above to make sure your vacation is the best! Any questions I had were answered right away and he made sure we had everything we needed and more. Check in and check out were so easy. It was great that beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and beach toys were included. The unit was modern and clean. Loved the walk out right to the beach. The building even had corn hole boards and badminton games anyone could use. We got the corn hole boards out one night and the people staying beside us joined us in the beautiful grassy area right outside our patio overlooking the beach. It was a glow in the dark corn hole set with glowing bags and boards so we got to play well into the dark. We had a great game going and the people on the balcony above us came out and were cheering us on. Fun times!! The pool was big, warm, and clean, the kids and adults loved it. It was so beautiful to have to pool overlooking the beach. My 10 year old loved playing shuffle board that the building had for anyone to use. Such a great experience. If you go to Satellite Beach go to Long Doggers for dinner and The Fat Donkey for ice cream. Also check out the rocket schedule at Kennedy Space Center. We got to watch a SpaceX rocket launch while we were there.
