This pretty cottage is nestled in a typical Saubrigues park, a space conducive to relaxation and conviviality. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, making it the perfect destination for a stay with friends or family.

Set in peaceful, leafy surroundings, this charming 56m² dwelling features :
- a 300 m² garden,
- a large terrace with lounge, dining table and barbecue,
- a bright living room with a lounge and dining area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
- a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a private bathroom with shower,
- a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm),
- a third bedroom with two single beds,
- a second bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- hair dryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning,
- Wifi, TV, satellite or cable,
- a parking space. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

Enjoy the park's facilities: communal swimming pool, pétanque court.
- The heated pool (unsupervised) will be open from the start of the Easter vacations (April) to the end of the All Saints' vacation (November).
