A fun getaway
I had an amazing stay at this property. It was very clean and included essential items. The house is beautiful and the townspeople are very friendly. I loved the view from the deck. I would definitely go back again. I enjoyed my stay. Also the guest contact Marie is very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful views + attentive property owners
A small group of friends showing at HITS stayed here for a few days and found it absolutely charming. The property managers were thoughtful about what guests might need and left small amenities that made all of the difference, e.g., creamer, sugar, coffee, shower gel, etc. The street is very quiet and there is ample parking. The views are absolutely stunning. The house is very close to a grocery store, Starbucks and gas station in addition to the horse show venue. When I couldn't find the password to the lockbox, the propertier immediately returned my text and phone call. It was a relief to have such attentiveness when I was already nervous about showing!

Location and configuration worked great for our stay. Near HITS and plenty of restaurants in the Main Street area. neighborhood is quiet . It is very old but is updated with modern amenities nicely. The stairs are steep!

Great family getaway
Very peaceful location in our favorite Hudson Valley town, sweet Saugerties! The property manager was extremely responsive, the neighbors were very nice — one even recommended a local swimming hole — and the house was very cute and unique. We loved waking up to the sound of birds and the sunrise over the Hudson. We also loved being able to walk into the village center for dinner and ice cream. The house was clean, comfortable, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay! The house is very clean and cozy too with very comfortable beds and nice blankets. Lots of extra little touches and all the amenities made it the perfect place. We are already discussing staying again in the future.

Fun place with a great view!
This is a great place to stay. Clean and comfy and in a beautiful area. We didn't find the promised linens for the sofa bed, but maybe we just weren't looking in the right place. Other than that, we were very pleased... do pay attention to the notes about the stairs... there are a fair few of them.

A nice getaway
The house was exactly as described, very clean and cozy! The location was perfect to go into town, and a short drive to many great hiking spots. The stairs are a bit steep so keep that in mind if you have anyone/any pet that has trouble with stairs.

Everything we wanted for the holidays
Thanksgiving found us in need of a place to have a family Thanksgiving 800 miles from home. Admittedly this was my first ever VRBO rental experience and I took lots of time to find the right place. The home was exactly as advertised and appeared to be newly renovated with attention to maximizing the space. The bottom line is my family was just delighted, as was I, so consider this a 5-Star review on every level. Thanks VRBO!

Saugherties property
This property is very cute and accurate to the listing. Clean and easy check in and check out process. The owner and the handyman who work for her are lovely people and were wonderful to deal with. The management company evolve not so much. We ran into a small problem where we had no hot water or heat for the first few days of our stay. Again, the owner and handyman were wonderful in trying to work with us and get the issue resolved, but evolve was much less helpful. Overall, I would stay here again as the property was in a great location and was clean and accurate to the listing. I understand that things happen and we appreciate the efforts of the home owner and the other gentleman who helped us through it!

Cute & Convenient
This was my second stay is this cute and convenient home. The bedding is fantastic, 2 full baths a plus! Kitchen has all the basics and everything appears to be new. The owner was very responsive. Note that there are two flights of steep stairs which would have been difficult for my parents to manage and there is no yard, though there is a photo of grass. My dogs had no trouble walking on the very quiet street so it was not an issue for us. Will be back again next year!

Wonderful house with great outdoor space!
This house was absolutely adorable. We loved the multiple decks with twinkle lights overlooking the river- great for relaxing after long days of horse showing. Marie was very responsive and a wonderful host!!
