We booked a room and when we got there, it was not what we reserved. Now they are saying that we are not getting a refund. Worst booking ever! Its ridiculous that expedia wont honor the fact i couldnt stay there so they took my money and refused me service on top of not follow the reservation i had originally wanted.

Location is very convenient and close to restaurants, auto part stores, shopping centers, gas stations, etc and walking distance to everything as well. Friendly staff, speedy check in, great prices, comfy beds, nice rooms, only downside i had a dirty tub that still had soap chunks, bathroom floor was dirty and lots of dirt an crumbs around the floor by bed, did look like they were doing some remodeling and putting in new mattresses

Please be informed that they charge you additional for a dog but no where on any website does it mention a fee. I was just informed it is under policies. I informed the girl checking me in and she NEVER mentioned the fee. I was unaware until I looked at credit card posting. I will be disputing the additional charge and contacting Expedia to let them know how this was handled.
