Overall nice hotel
Staff are nice, location is nice as well. But I got constant interruptions during the night because they gave a me a room that’s right next to 3 entrances. They refused to change a room for me when I request. Important tip for future travelers: remember to request a change in time if you got the room right next to the entrance door, trust me you won’t be able to sleep, unless you sleep super deep.

Hotel was clean. Conveniently located to shopping/eating amenities. A little bit of communication breakdown with deskstaff a few times with staff that were obviously newer, but that is on management to fulfill their training responsibilities. In the end, our needs were met by experienced staff, so not a dealbreaker. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included yogurt, wafflemaker, breads, cereal, ,fruit. No eggs, sausage etc., but everthing else was plentiful.

The husband and I stayed here for 2 nights when we were visiting ste sault marie! The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful!
