This is a completely updated, remodeled, classic floating home (houseboat) with two bedrooms, two baths, two sky decks, a floating dock, and front deck. Radiant heat throughout. Fast Internet, full channel TV, views of San Francisco, Tiburon, Belvedere, Mt. Tam and the Sausalito Headlands and lagoons. Water toys include a clear-hull kayak and Hobie stand up board/peddle board.
