Bearadise is designed to enjoy the outdoors just as much as the indoors -- front porch with rockers, the wrap around deck with grill and covered dining, with stairs leading down to the beautifull landscaped flag stone fire pit. Bearadise is a great combination of laid back mountain time, with all the modern conveniences. Spend more time enjoying the amenities at Bearadise and less time waiting on your vehicle to charge in town.
The interior of Bearadise is both beautiful and unique. The re-purposed metal used on the walls, the creative bear carvings and fun collection of license plates, as well as the whimsical animal art give this awesome cabin an eclectic, yet, naturally rustic feel. The exterior of Bearadise is wonderful as well. The covered front porch is outfitted with comfy rocking chairs, to the right you will find a beautiful covered outdoor eating space made of live edge cedar that easily accommodates 8-10 people. A GREAT location to share family and friend meals! The open wrap around deck leads down to the very popular flag stone fire pit with comfortable live edge cedar Adirondack chairs. If you like grilling, we have 3 grills located in 3 different areas! We have a small camp-style charcoal grill located by the fire pit, one gas grill on the downstairs level, next to the large antique stain glass window, and one gas grill with a griddle, next to the outdoor eating area.
Bearadise sits on 2.5 acres of beautiful, secluded woods, yet is a mere 5.5 miles to the Bavarian village of Alpine Helen offering a “Worlds Away” setting hidden at the base of Mt. Yonah. The best of both worlds -restaurants, activities and all that Helen has to offer, then escape to Bearadise for rest and relaxation. Sit on the front porch rockers and listen to the sounds of nature as a gurgling creek down below serves as background ambiance or keep the fun going with a game of corn hole, bumper pool, board games, or puzzles as well as a good ol’ campfire and s’mores!
For the wine connoisseurs in your group, Bearadise is also conveniently located to several of our incredible local vineyards and wineries –just 3.5 miles to Serenity Cellars, an easy 6 mile drive to Yonah Mountain Vineyards, and just 8.5 miles to CeNita Vineyards where you can learn all about the art of wine tasting!
