Never again at a Country Inn & Suites

First of all, It was very difficult to find this hotel as there are no visible signs on the outside. We were disappointed that there was no safe. The walls were thin and we could hear other guests talking. The breakfast offered was only just adequate and they served the same thing on the second morning.

I was very pleased with my stay. Even though it was only for 1 night, I plan to return there. I brought my Granddaughter back to school at SCAD and the location was perfect. The breakfast was good, room was clean and the next time I will take advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub.

Average as far as this level of hotel goes. However, a couple of the front desk staff were unprofessional and borderline rude. They also didn't seem to know what was going on or how to process additional night reservation made through Expedia.

NOT kid friendly

NOT kid friendly…the front desk staff were rude to our children on more than one occasion for breaking hotel rules we didn’t know existed. I totally agree with enforcing rules, but not the way they spoke to them. To the point that our kids, who are seasoned and easy travelers, asked not to stay here again. Rooms clean but tired. Beds comfortable. Breakfast well below average. Indoor pool nice. Overall, not a great hotel and would not stay here again.

Concert goers

Came in town for a concert drive 4 hours and I’m glad this is where we stayed. Check in was quick, front desk lady was so sweet and professional. Room was spacious and clean. We stay again.

Nice location and Beautiful

Nice to experience front staff that loves their work. We had a minor issue with the fridge and it was immediately addressed. Nice that there was a hot tub but the water level was too low to really enjoy. Great hotel overall.
