Second time staying here. First time was great. This time room was musty and damp. My daughter woke up with condensation on her glasses. Not worth what we paid.

The staff was super nice and the breakfast was great. The rooms were nice. The pool was being renovated which was a bummer but it was a convenient spot that was only a 20 dollar Uber ride to river st and a 40 minute drive to Hilton head

Nice stay
Our check in was fast and easy. The young lady was very nice helping us. Our king room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, there was pancakes, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage and a few different breads. Juice and coffee also available. Only issue was the pool is closed, good thing it looked horrible. Only half full and water was totally black.

Pros: The staff was friendly. Excellent water pressure and temperature. The hotel is not far from major shopping and restaurants. Cons: Upon entering the hotel, you could smell a mustiness. When we entered the room, the smell intensified. The room had the traditional basic furnishings. Our TV went out the first night. They repaired it the following day. The location is right off the highway, but not in the most comfortable area. I will find other accommodations for our next visit.

The best of the best all around!
When we arrived Kevin greeted us and from right there I knew this was going to be a wonderful stay. He was funny, kind, happy and went above and beyond to be helpful! Great job! The lobby was very clean and new looking. We went up to our room and it was very clean and comfortable. I love the clean lines and simplicity of the room. No need to have heavy curtains and comforters. Bed was very comfortable. Came down next day and ate breakfast. My husband loved it. The pancake maker is the best! Thank you for a lovely stay. We told friends at Hilton head and they will be coming there on their way to the beach! Also try the restaurant beside the hotel. Not sure of name but home cooking country kitchen. Has delicious buffet on Fridays for 19.95. Sounds high but you get almost everything off their menu. And dessert.

The first room had bugs so i was moved to a second room. The second room a/c unit leaked a huge puddle of water so i turned the unit off and tried to sleep with the roar of traffic all night. They were apologetic but did not offer any reimbursement.

The front desk staff when we checked in on 7/18 was outstanding. The A/C was broken in our room so they checked it out then gave us another room. Delivered the new keycards and returned the cart for us. Property needs updating! Breakfast was meager.
