The property was in a good location for sight seeing and restaurants. For a Hampton Inn, it was not as clean or well kept as others. Our room had a bad smell coming from the area around the fridge which made it unusable for our stay, our room floor was dirty and there was no soap/conditioner left in the shower.

Great spot!
Great location to tons of food and activities, and most importantly a public parking garage as most hotels in historic Savannah charge a ton for parking. Staff was also very friendly.

We stayed 3 nights. We had to ask for more fresh towels and washcloths. They should have been replaced daily in the terribly hot weather that we were out in, and lots of showers. Also there Was only one working elevator for all of the floors. So we spent quite a lot of time just waiting along with others.

Great Staff, location and rooms
Very nice hotel located in the Historic district. Very close to River street. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean, modern and quiet. Only issue was the key cards didnt function correctly. Had hotel maintenance come to fix it but they couldnt. Only stood one night so it didnt really matter. Overall, a good stay.

The room, roof pool, and breakfast were very good. The elevator was down and only 1 was working so wait times were long and you couldn’t realistically use the stairs to 7th floor with suitcases and kids. Also, I forgot an item in my hotel bathroom and they reported that the item had not been located which is hard to believe. It was hanging in the restroom so my assumption is that it was taken by staff and not turned in.

Staff was not responsive to issues. When first entering room we found a machine running in order to dry carpets alongg with a power tool. After reentering room from dinner around 10 pm we found there was no shower curtain. How could this happen? Complained to desk next am only to be told they will let Management know.
