We stayed on the ground floor on the road side. Lots of vehicle noise. Heating unit did not control the temperature very well.

An excellent hotel—charming and retro without feeling outdated. I loved the interior decor, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. The location is super convenient, with attractions and dining options all within a 20-minute walking distance. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely stay here again!

Reasonable walking distance to most sites to see. Not right in the hub of downtown Savannah but pretty close. It made the price more reasonable and the cost to park much more reasonable. It also made it a quieter than right near River Dr. etc. For us that was nicer. Pretty traditional property which I liked for being in a historical city yet it was very we kept!

The location is great! The lobby is beautiful. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The bathroom floor was dirty. We could not figure out how to turn down the heat. When we asked the gentleman at the front desk he said to walk around the room and the air will adjust. It did not work. It was incredibly hot in our room.

If parking an issue dont stay here

Parking is the big issue. I'm 66 my partner 82 and handicapped (but we were driving my suv without the handicap plate) and they wanted us to park a couple blocks away. That wasn't acceptable. Next time we wont stay in historic district.

No parking as 15 spaces roped off under construction, TV didn’t work, multiple elevators not in service, carpet dirty and breakfast open at 6, when we came down at 6:30-7:00am many items missing and overall quality of food that was there was poor. I think this is the first time ever that I’ve written a negative review.

Very minimal parking shared a parking deck with other hotels quite a distance from the Hampton. My fault for not checking but animals allowed dog two doors down barked and barked. Roach in the bathtub on morning of departure. Would not stay here again. Property around hotel and parking deck very sketchy. I hate this city was here for college graduation hopefully I’m never here again.

Great property, great breakfast, and staff. Rooms are adequate for their price. Nothing too fancy, but clean. Parking was a bit tough, but worked out in the end.
