This was the best hotel we have stayed at. Great location right at the river front(We were very glad to have picked a river-view room.) Modern, unique architecture(it feels like you are walking into a museum not a hotel.) Very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful.. Highly recommend.

The lobby is like a natural history museum. It’s beautiful. The renovation of an old power plant is so neat. Our room was nice and big. We overlooked the River. We loved all 3 hotel restaurants where we dined. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating

I love the interior design of the hotel and lobby. It was very clean. The room and bathroom was nice and clean. The big windows brought in a lot of light. The hotel is by the river so it was nice to just walk out and walk by the river. It’s also close to the city market and the downtown area.

It was like being in a cool museum ! Loved the old brick and exposed metal. Great design ! The staff is outstanding ! Al our bellman was so helpful after hearing about our travel journey to Savannah. Tonya our driver was phenomenal, made us feel like royalty. Kristen hooked us up with milk ! Eden helped us with a car ride situation with James, who came in on his day off to drive us to the car dealer where our car had been towed to for repairs! Who does that ?!? James DID! Just incredible service! First class all the way ! No other hotel has ever made such an impression on us! We will be back for sure!

We arrived past check in time and our room wasn’t ready. They were busy, so fin, no biggie. We went to have a drink and waited and it didn’t take too long. We made several requests prior to arriving and none were accommodated when we finally got into our room. We had to call down for a bottle of champagne and crib that we preordered. Our room was dirty and things were broken. Our first day, there was a 6 hour torrential downpour. We tried getting a taxi, an Uber and the bus but had no luck. We called the hotel to pick us up. They said they were on their way. Never heard back. After waiting 1.5 hours, we couldn’t get a response on an ETA and ended up walking (with two small kids) for over a mile in the soaking rain. We didn’t hear back until I texted the concierge letting them know we had walked, and they responded (LOL). The second day, I received a text from the hotel asking me about my experience. I outlined the room challenges, and said we hadn’t had our room cleaned in 48 hours. They sent someone to fix the issues immediately (which wouldve been great, except our kids were trying to take a nap). My husband answered the door and told them very politely to come back later. Then I received from the hotel text saying “some guy in the room said everything was fine.” No one would answer phones the entire time we stayed there and the only way to communicate was via text and in person. The property was nice, but the service was lacking and the area felt unsafe after dark.

an amazing hotel with everything you need or want nearby, staff was great and the room was perfect. Only complaint would be the noise from the nightclub on the roof but they do provide earplugs so this.

Enjoyed our trip. Beautiful property, fantastic service. I wish they had been more transparent about the lack of guest parking and you have to pay $58 per night for parking.
