The first room they gave me the ceiling was literally black, when I went to request a new room the clerk didn’t seem shocked at all. The fridge in the second room wasn’t working properly so we couldn’t use it to keep food. The sheets were dirty. I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Burns on the bedsheets, room smells of mold and mildew. Staff refused to get sheets changed that night. Checked out early due to the conditions. Staff refused to issue refund, refused to contact thier manager, left information for manager to call, I never recieved a call. Will be in contact with health inspectors. This place needs to be shut down.

The motel itself was clean and the staff friendly enough. The cost was very reasonable which is why I selected this motel online. We experienced no issues at all personally so I am satisfied. However, my wife wished I had chosen a different motel as there was some shady characters and a confrontation occurred between a motel guest and the staff at breakfast. (The staff was probably right). Anyway, again, there is probably better motels out there but I have no regrets.

Worst hotel ever
The front desk was very rude. When the cleaning staff was done with our room, they propped the door open and left and I came back an hour and a half later to find that. The front desk said that’s not their problem and would do nothing about it. we left later that night and when we came back, our door was propped open again and the front desk said that we had to have done it and we do nothing about it. The lamps in the room were rusted did not have any lamps in them so the room was very dim . The comforter had cigarette burns in it. They say they have a laundry facility, but all machines were broke and no signs to tell you that. Had to drive a Waze to do our laundry. I would never stay at this hotel again and I highly recommend that no one else does.

Lady at check in was very rude and followed me to my room. Then sent someone up to say something was wrong when I checked in and to come to desk. I had checked in days before and had already paid the bill in full. I. Outdoor go on but she was a liar and followed me and I want people to know.

The Quality Inn is everything you could want in a low-priced motel. The rooms and facilities are clean and well-maintained. The hot breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, fruit, cereals and breads. The motel is a bit old so it shows its age in some places. But for the price it is the best motel I found in the area. We stayed 6 nights and were very pleased.

This was far most the worst experience I’ve had with a quality inn. Illegal activity goes on at this motel.The pool was filthy and filled with bodily fluids. Ice machines didn’t work and the one that had mold on it. The front staff were very rude and inconsiderate and they acted like they didn’t want to be at work. We booked this hotel to have a little getaway for one of my friends that were traveling with me. The purpose was to hang around the pool. When asked if the owner owned another hotel, we were told that he didn’t. After doing some research we found he did and it had a pool. The pool was not open the entire time we were there on our three nights, this ruined our trip and we would have paid a little extra to transfer to the other hotel that the manager own. But the white lady at the front desk just act like it was such a big problem. There is definitely something fishy going on at this motel the police on the premises trash outside , with the horrible experience, I will never book this motel again. And ai definitely never book anything the owner owns for that matter. I truly feel like we should be refunded or have the corporate office call so we can discuss the conditions of this place it should be shut down. I travel all the time and this was far most the worst experience ever. I have pictures as evidence.
